Had a customer order a transformer from them. When they got it, it wasn’t to spec. When asked for tech help as to why, they just wanted to argue. We ultimately issued a refund to our customer, but Larson has taken a stance to not issue us a refund. They ignore any calls and emails that is sent their way after post sales. After going to the BBB they said that they could issue a 50% refund if we could prove it was still in working condition. I sent them pictures of it still in original packaging and now they say that’s not enough evidence. Before of this company because we are not the only ones getting scammed!
