I have not yet received my order, and the communication is shocking.

incorrect address for delivery. their mistake.
to top it off wanted to charge two lots of postage.

Ordered a few items. One was apperently out of stock (update your stock maybe) So I then was asked to pick out new items??? I did but still after almost 2 weeks no real confirmation of what will be in my order or if and when it will be shipped. THIS IS HELL

Bonjour, j’ai commandé une commande d’environ 800€ qui est arrivé en France. A la réception des colis je me rends compte que les boîtes contenant mes items de collection ont été scotché avec du scotch blanc, ce qui donne l’impression d’avoir des boîtes qui ont été ouvertes et scotchées de nouveau. J’ai donc contacté et relancé le vendeur plus d’une dizaine de fois et cela depuis des mois. Latest buy m’a bien confirmé qu’ils étaient à l’origine de cette modification. Je leurs ai donc demandé de trouver une solution car je ne souhaite pas garder les boîtes. Je suis collectionneur de scellé et les boîtes semblent ouvertes et refermées, donc aucun intérêt pour moi. Suite à au silence de Latest Buy j’ai donc renvoyer un mail en leur demandant une étiquette de retour afin de leurs renvoyer les boîtes et donc me faire rembourser. Depuis des semaines je n’ai toujours pas de réponse de leurs part. Ils jouent la montre pour que je garde l’objet qui, je le rappelle, a été dégradé par leurs soin. Je souhaite vous renvoyer vos boîtes, soyez honnête et envoyer moi une une étiquette de retour. C’est inacceptable!
Croyez moi, je n’aurais de cesse d’obtenir réparation

I've bought a number of teddies/soft toys from Latest Buys on several occasions and I've never had an issue with any order I've placed, orders were always confirmed, trackable, quickly posted/sent, etc. and arrived quickly and well packed when they arrived. The prices for what I've gotten have been worth it as well and I'm more then happy to keep returning if/when I see/find something I'm after that they stock.

Honestly thought I was never going to see the package I ordered and that this was a scam site, prices were too good to be true. I was absolutely wrong. Absolutely amazed at the customer service and the box arrived so fast to Nz (definitely not the 20-25 days stated). Really stoked and will be purchasing again.
