The alpaca poo manure is already working wonders on my plants in the garden. Order packed well with some lavender plants too.

Plants turned up today, poor quality and strewn all over the inside of the box. High price, poor quality. Have asked for a refund, will keep you posted

DO NOT ORDER! this company went bust last August and the same two directors set up under another name. After weeks of waiting for £576 of plants and no phone number and terrible email comms I've requested a refund - I await this with fingers crossed!

Awful customer service. They said they did not have the plants I wanted and supplied different ones without consultation. I objected and their response was they would collect but have not and have not given a refund in spite of chasing. Now seeking refund via Card Fraud & Dispute department.

I ordered £435 worth of lavender plants for a job I was doing for a customer. On arrival they were dead, dehydrated, frost bitten. I complained and they arranged collection the next day...I am STILL waiting for my refund of £435. This is 22 days later and I am extremely worried about my money.

I saw another post that someone couldn't contact them I have used there email which is on there website

Becky has just responded to say i will receive refund manually? Also contacted my bank as I paid by credit card.

My plants still have not arrived and none of my e mails answered. I am in despair. There is no phone number to call them. As per many reviews below, I wish I had read Trustpilot. I am now trying to cancel my order but I cannot contact them.,

Ordered mine about 3 weeks ago arrived last week. They were packed exceptionally good and arrived in perfect condition

I really wish I had read these reviews before agreeing to purchase 121 lavender plants. These were ordered weeks ago and the dates given to me have come and gone. The communication is shocking and I hold out no hope of getting these any time soon.

I so wish I’d checked TrustPilot before I ordered. We ordered 64 plants to plant a long border up our front path. They arrived with 80% of plants looking dead. I emailed and sent photos and was encouraged by the customer service person that they would perk up with care. They’ve been tended lovingly in the green house for the last 4 weeks as I’m reticent to waste the time planting them all out if they’re dead. There are perhaps 8 plants which look well and worth planting, the other 56 are crispy and pathetic.

Save yourself time and money and find another supplier.

I ordered Lavender as website stated they sold this product. I emailed asking when the delivery of the plants would be and they replied they had none in yet. Sadly I was not contacted or called when the delivery was expected and was away. They were left in a box and 10 of the plants were dead. The company must improve their communication and also courier service

Would give 0 if I could. Order placed, confirmation received and then nothing. Emailed last week, very shoddy reply, chased again today. Told no record of order even though number given. Fortunately no monies taken so asked them to forget it and I'd go elsewhere, reply....have a nice day!!!!! My advice do not use this company.

Please avoid them, I am used to ordering online plants, ordered 5 lavenders no communication on delivery. Out of five plants 4 of them arrived looking half dried and to my surprise two of the plants were packed upside down completely uprooted and looked very small and unhealthy compared to the one which was packed separately.

Contacted them , according to them the reply was the plants should still grow.

Horrendous experience. Ordered 6 weeks ago; spent £230; fobbed off over and over since then. No sign of any plants. NEVER EVER give this company your money. Contrary to the response below, I was not and have not been informed of a delivery date - last week they stated that I should have received it by now. Still no delivery date...

been buying lavender plants from these guys for a few years now. They arrive well packaged and secure. Can tell English grown as look solid and hardy with less of the luminous fragile green leaves you see on the Dutch grown ones you would see in the supermarket. Surprised to see some of the reviews on here as never had any issues

Poor customer service / lengthy delivery delays / products arrived damaged and not as described - DO NOT USE

The short version of a long saga. Multiple promises of delivery. Some emails not answered. Website saying all orders pre a certain date dispatched has to be false. No telephone number to call. I actually sent people and a van to their site and did have plants handed over, not the best quality. I can not say if it is total inefficiency or dishonesty but I am sure if I had just kept waiting nothing would have arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I suggest failed customers complain to Trading Standards and website providers.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, completely shocking. Waited 3 weeks for broken open boxes, dead lavenders upside down in the box. Refused delivery they are on the way back to them. Poor Customer Service and nobody picks the phone up. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. No responses to emails, company took my money and never sent any plants. I now need to contact the bank and raise a dispute. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Not great communication, ordered some plants, I saw on the web page orders had been processed. I sent a mail asking when I would receive, had a reply advising an attempt was made to deliver and a card was left. No card was.. anyway another date was provided. This came and went and no delivery was made. No explanation but requested a refund which took over a week to process! However was not until I contacted the bank to advise that no delivery was made a refund was given. Personally stay clear.
