Had my eye on this jacket for a while, with the weather turning more Autumnal I decided it was time to treat myself.
I wasn't disappointed - I love it!
Very comfortable to wear, keeps the wind and rain out without feeling like I'm in a plastic bag... and the gorgeous floral pattern cheers me up even when the weather is miserable.

Very helpful customer service when i had a product query and phone answered promptly!
Order received within a couple of days.

Lovely Sweatshirts - I have purchased many

2items ordered. Both recorded correctly on the packing document but wrong size in bag. Now need to go through the fuss of returning the item.

I like most when your clothing echoes the heyday of Crew Clothing, who to my mind have wandered from their sailing roots. I want cool looking t shirts and rugby tops with sailing/outdoors themes and you still do that. Would like it if you brought back things like the cargo shorts etc though.

Shop with confidence. this company employs real people with a genuine desire to help customers. I had a problem with one of my shirts and it was replaced at once. The team made every effort to ensure the replacement reached me as quickly as possible.

Great company with excellent customer service, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. I had to return a jacket as it was too big and I had no problem exchanging it. Love the style and quality

I bought a jacket on the basis that it was (and I quote) "Fully lined in 100% cotton". That was not true, the sleeves were lined in nylon. I have returned it.

Unfortunately the photograph on the website gave the wrong colour and style. However, when I contacted the company they agreed that it did not look right and corrected the image. I sent the item back and am awaiting a refund without any problem.

Unfortunately the stitching came apart near buttons on neckline after wearing only once.

I have bought tops from Lazy Jacks many times in the past and loved them. This recent purchase however was very disappointing. The quality of the materials was not what I expected, poor, thin and cheap looking. Also I had to return one item as, despite being the same label size as the others, it was absolutely HUGE, at least a size 20. Don’t think I will be ordering by mail again.

My two tee shirts are great . Really pleased with them although I did think they were slightly smaller than the last one I bought.
