LCE first established itself in Bristol on Baldwin Street in the 1970s, becoming well known as a trusted dealer in new and used equipment. In 1993 a second LCE branch opened on The Horsefair, and in 2021 moved its Bristol shop to a new location on the picturesque Park Street. This newly refurbished store is regularly praised for its ample space for demonstrating products in a relaxed way as well as its modern, spacious look. We offer a wide range of services including 35mm developing and printing, sensor cleaning, camera repairs and tape transfers. I'd been after a Fuji 23mm F2 for a while. Found it in the sale at Bristol. Couple of days later arrived and virtually as new, brilliant. LCE are now my go to company for camera gear, as they have a good selection at competitive prices.

Brilliant service and communication from Euan and the team at the Bristol Branch. 3 separate items ordered all with different arrival times. I knew exactly what had arrived. We agreed a delivery date and one parcel arrived exactly as arranged. Highly recommended.

Good service and Good Value
I just used LCE for both selling and buying. I sold some gear to finance the purchase of a new camera. The prices that LCE offered were competitive. They were very helpful and responsive to the questions I had. LCE’s offer was £200 more than that from another well-known name.
The purchase of a new camera went smoothly including dealing with the finance company as I wanted to spread the cost.
LCE will certainly by my first choice next time I want to buy or sell.
