Elliott at the Oxford branch was very helpful during a telephone call to discuss the purchase of a pre-owned canon EFS 55-250mm lens and filter. Lens and filter arrived the following day.
London Camera Exchange is my first port of call for equipment for my Canon EOS450D camera because the service received is always first class.

Cameras and customer service are what LCE does best
I brought a second hand camera through LCE Oxford the team where great answered my question made sure the camera was sent to my local branch, great customer service in general but have never had a bad experience with London camera exchange in general.
