Went to look at riser recliner for my aging mother who is struggling to get up. No idea what we needed or what was available. Alex fixed all that. Amazing help and assistance from him. Had my mother in a couple of chairs until we Found the perfect one. We have bow had it delivered and it has made a huge difference to my mums mobility. all the advice Alex provided allowed exactly match my mums needs. First class service from Alex (and Leekes)

Recently visited leekes crosshands staff were very helpful and cheerful throughout the store also stopped in cafe for a spot of lunch and was beautiful the cafe staff very very friendly and accommodating will be back soon.

Great store, the modernisation programme they gone through makes the place light and airey, a really pleasant place to shop. We were looking for a sofa, fantastic range well displayed. Very helpful staff who are happy to let you browse. Alex who completed our purchase for us was excellent, very patient and helpful listened to what we wanted and guided us to our selection

Visited Leekes Melksham to look at bathroom designs. Excellent range and very well laid out but it was the personal attention and consideration of planning details from Stacey (Brothwell) that made us continue our design work and after 2 more visits, proceed with an order. Even when we dropped an unreasonable timeframe on her, she then worked with the manufacturer and delivery company to get what our fitter needed to meet his installation plan. Highly recommended!

We’re absolutely delighted with the work carried out by our kitchen fitters, Stephen Williams/Phoenix kitchens. From start to finish, his attention to detail was excellent and it really shows in the finished result. He took real care to make sure everything was fitted perfectly and finished to a high standard.

He also worked incredibly hard to get the job completed in a timely manner, which we really appreciated. The whole process felt organised, professional and stress-free.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled kitchen fitter. Thanks again for a fantastic job!

I visited Leekes Melksham today for a basic kitchen piece of equipment. Firstly Sammy on the shop floor was most helpful in locating what I was searching for, which I appreciated. Secondly Jeremy on check out went over and above when I couldn't find my loyalty card, rather than just ignore the situation, he searched and found me on their system, ensuring I got the correct pricing. Very grateful for his polite and conscientious service. Always a lovely shop for a browse around, saw some gorgeous items that I now have on a wish list.

Jeremy served me this morning. He was happy and personable and pointed out the three for two offer. I would have missed it, so I'm grateful Jeremy didn't. Thank you.

Was served by Liam at the Llantrisant store. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable considering he's only worked there for 2 months. Very polite and approachable and done well to sell us new furniture for our living room!

Bought new units as we decided to have a refurb. From the salesman to delivery men excellent service. On the day of delivery we had emptied the room ready. The brought the units which were very heavy 1 being 98 kilos. The brought everything in took all the packaging away & made sure we were happy where everything was. Would definitely recommend Leekes sales & delivery

I left a review a week ago about the appalling service we received at Leekes Cafe Cheltenham. The response from management was instant and very apologetic - the problem has been resolved and we are very happy with the result. Thank you Leekes.

Spent over 3 hours selecting Gplan sofas for comfort but the one that arrived was unfit for purpose. It was hard uncomfortable and didn't even look high quality. I am insisting my money back but leekes are being very uncooperative. I would not recommend them in future particularly the soft furnishing. Customer care is extremely poor

The service was great. I had a cheese and onion panini with side salad. I thought the prices were reasonable and I will definitely be back to see what else I can have from the talented cook Nerys. Diolch

Alex (furniture department) and others have been so helpful since I put an order in. I had a delay by those collecting my old furniture and I had to put off the delivery from Leekes, It was sorted by the staff at Pontyclun. Thank you very much

We visited leekes today just to have a looked at armchairs. A lovely lady called Maria and asked if we needed any help. She was so helpful couldn’t do enough to she us everything. Even got a Paint chart to make sure of the colour we needed.
Needless to say we ended up buying 2 chairs

I recently purchased a Barcelona Reclining chair from Leekes Cross Hands Store. It was delivered a week ago, I am really pleased with the chair it has multiple positions to use which even after just a week I have found so helpful for my back using the lumber up position. The staff in the Furniture department Greg, Hugh ect were so helpful as were the delivery team,plus Maureen in the office. Excellent service all round thank you all.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
