Visited the store last weekend.
First visit since the extension .
Very impressed.
Was browsing with my mum .
My mum found a lamp that she liked .
Only one on display .
We found a lady ( Beverly) a shop assistant.
She was so helpful.
She founds us the bulbs to go with the lamps and let us have the last lamp on display .
She took them to the till point whilst we carried on browsing .

Well done Beverly on excellent customer service . ( Something that you don't get very often these days )

Lots of choice in a nice showroom. None pushy sale staff. Guy was very helpful and eased our sale with out waiting our time.

Had to go to Leekes Bilston to sort out an issue. Dealt with Sue..very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Nothing too much trouble and issue resolved.

Overall my experience with the whole thing was amazing, right from when Jeremy designed the kitchen to the installation of the kitchen with Richard and Rhys. The delivery of the kitchen from Leekes all arrived on time. Everything went like clockwork from start to finish. I am very happy with my kitchen ☺️ . I would definitely recommend!

Nathan in the bed department at Leekes was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different options and made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new bed!

We had a very successful visit to Leekes of Bilston earlier to find a new dining table and chairs. Kevin approached us soon after our arrival and accompanied us to the relevant area of the store. He explained that, as a new member of staff currently under training, his colleague Sue would join us.
Kevin soon found the table we had seen online, which we decided straight away to order, along with the very comfortable, stylish chairs which we had not spotted on the website. What a great price we were offered in the sale too.
Many thanks to Kevin and Sue for their pleasant, down-to-earth approach in taking us through the order process and explaining the terms of the 5 year protection plan.
We first visited Leekes in 2023 when we purchased a three-piece suite, which we have been delighted with. It was well worth a second trip down from Stafford today!

Decided that it was time to get a new bed for the guest bedroom. Did the usual online search for prices as a guide to what to expect when we got to the shop. Bed buying needs to be done in store so they can be tested for comfort.
Leekes was competitive on price and had a good range to choose from. Was guided through the choices by a very helpful sales person called Fahimeh.
Excellent service and will be going back when we move to our new house for more items.

Firm guidance given by Donna is if she was on our side, empathy.
We told her what our concerns were and she helped find the solution and method, all at the right price

Liam helped us today, it was such a pleasure to deal with him. He was knowledgeable, effective and friendly.
He understood immediately, what action needed to be taken with our order.
Kept us informed throughout and resolved things promptly and efficiently.
A credit to the company.

Now you are dog 🐶 friendly we took our boy Chester to look around and ended up spending £150.00 which we would not have spent if we could not have taken our dog. Thank you so much for allowing this . I must mention fantastic service from Bev who helped us with a Joseph Joseph kitchen bin . She was amazing, please let her know we was grateful for her help.

I visited Leekes in Melksham to discuss changing my bathroom and to get ideas.
Stacey (I think Brothwell) couldn’t have been more helpful. She took time to go through what I wanted, came up with suggestions for the shower unit that I hadn’t thought about and made an impressive layout picture as to what the bathroom would look like.
Wonderful service and Stacey was so pleasant and professional to deal with.

We appreciated the time Donna spent patiently going through options for us on our first visit a few days ago.As your sale has just started we decided to come back to see her and check on the sale prices and she again was cheerfully helpful in taking our order for a settee and armchairs.Thankyou for your help Donna.

Having recently purchased a kitchen from Leekes of Llantrisant, I could not be happier from start to finish. I initially met with one of the kitchen designers, Pete Kennard who was very accommodating and approachable. Listening to my ideas and making note of my budget. Pete’s design completely blew me away, making my decision to go with Leekes easy and final. Pete is a very talented designer.

A few months later Gemini Kitchen Installations arrived to fit and take delivery of the kitchen and appliances. Richard and Rhys from Gemini Kitchen Installations co-ordinated delivery of the kitchen and appliances with exquisite professionalism and reliability. The whole experience ran like clockwork and the quality of their workmanship was incredible and to a high standard. Arriving on time every day, keeping me informed and keeping everything tidy before leaving at the end of the day, leaving me feeling stress-free.

Their attention to detail was amazing especially the workaround completed with the boiler cupboard. They were an absolute pleasure to be around and gave great advice. An excellent service and would most definitely recommend.

Having purchased my kitchen from Leekes, I found there were a lot of moving parts from chasing down parts of my initial order to understanding how it all comes together on the delivery day and what is required and when.
Karen’s (John) expertise, professionalism and customer service was second to none. She chased down parts of my order that others failed to do, was exceptionally fast in responding to any queries I have had, I simply could not ask for a more empathetic, professional, true to her word person if I tried.
Karen you have made such a difference to my kitchen journey I cannot begin to tell you. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hi, I've just ordered a lounge suite from the Cheltenham branch, & had exceptional service from Fahimeh, who was not only knowledgeable but very helpful in trying to choose the right suite for us, when initially we had very little idea.

Jeremy was very helpful and patient.

I had my sofas delivered this wed 18th March and I would just like to say how happy I was with the delivery service received and the team that delivered Dean and Stefan were very polite and came into my property took their shoes off before entering my living room with my new sofas put them where I wanted them to go and also took packaging off and took it away to recycle

I attended Leekes Melksham as a Support Worker for an elderly lady. The staff were polite, caring and very helpful; particularly Katie. She arranged for her colleagues to go above and beyond to find and print a voucher for my client which we had been unable to find on her email. They then proceeded to bring downstairs items she wished to look at because the lift was out of order.

I found the very dining table ,chairs and sideboard I have been looking for.
Thanks to the help and knowledge of Donna , I not only got what i wanted but a very good price too.
