I honestly can't remember the day i purchase this urn, i wanted something to remember the happy times without being morbid. Great build quality, great communication
LegendURN were very good with communication. The website let's them down a little by offering just one, not particularly high resolution image of the Urn we were interested in. But after emailing them, within a day or two, they emailed us multiple photos of the urn which they had taken in their work shop for us.
We ordered a contemporary, simple, wooden urn. The build quality is great, and it was just what we were after and hoped for.

Beautiful urn but unreliable courier
The urn is beautiful. FedEx lost the first delivery so we had to ask for a replacement. Great service from the supplier but disappointed by the courier.

'Geeske' from the Sales Team was extremely helpful when initially chosen product was discontinued. I was supplied with an excellent alternative product that closely replicated my original choice and was contacted regularly throughout the process. I found the product range met my wishes and included a natural stone product not found on UK websites, hence choice to import. I would source this company again when looking for a similar product.
