Always helpful advice from a friendly bunch
Always friendly and helpful with advice.
It’s so nice to be able to test ride different bikes, look at accessories and try clothing on rather than buy unseen of the internet.
Nice big bright shop with a cafe on a retail park.
Myself & family have bought many bikes & other stuff over the last 28 years.

Great purchase experience again
Just bought a new bike online, (my dad had bought a few bikes over the years from LL and always been happy so was an easy decision) I chose to collect from store, Nick was friendly and helpful, went over new parts I wasn't familiar with, even helped me fit bike in car A+

Free Advice from bike mechanic.
Its not often these days that you get someone prepared to assist you when they or the company aren't making any money from you.
I needed guidance on switching a broken derailleur to a new one. The chap I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, so refreshing.
Next time I need anything for the bike, I'll be using the local store in Daventry.

Delivered on time, friendly driver who contacted me and arranged time. Trainer had to be delivered separately, but contacted and explained why and when it would arrive. Arrived when they said. Highly recommend!
