Nipped in to see if I could get the chainring switched on my ebike as I didn't have the tool and although I hadn't booked in they managed to do it quickly for me there and then, bossmen!

The service from Simon at the Derby/Nottingham branch was second to none

Phoned up got a price match agreed also wanting to support local shop instead of ordering else where online all good until going into shop where I felt I was made to be a liar regarding the price.I understand checking the source but I was made to feel uncomfortable this is a shame has my last visit to the shop was a positive one and felt like a valued customer.

Amazing service purchased my bike online there were a couple of problems that were quickly resolved (no one at fault) I was kept up to date by phone and email just really great service from everyone that I had the pleasure of speaking to.

Leisure Lakes is my LBS in Nottingham. The service is always great, reliable and honest. I love how they Price Match where possible and communicate when online orders may be delayed for any reason. The customer service is brilliant. Other retailers should take note.

Super quick motor replacement on Levo SL. I took my Levo SL into the Nottingham branch with a motor problem on the Tuesday & Gee had it ready with a new motor fitted under the Specialized warranty contribution scheme on the following Saturday. I expected to be without the bike until into the new year but thanks to Gee, Leisure Lakes & Specialized it was turned around in 4 days! Amazing service!

Gift easily ordered on line and I was quickly notified I could collect. The guys were really helpful when I collected as I needed to keep the gift from my partner in store. They were fab, we use Lakes for all our cycling purchases, after market care is first class.
