know what's going on! Do they tell you that Capital One
pulled the plug on the Bay and left me with a useless
charge card and I have been making $500/mo payments and now have over payed 3 months and am
waiting for a $1585. refund for 4 months. Does TransUnion tell you that I had a clear title house and took out a loan for $100,000 to pay CIBC to settle a
claim of $120,000 (original amount $85,000). Does
TransUnion tell you I am making $2585/mo payments to American Express caused by a misunderstanding
to pay off $60,000 settlement 2 years. Does TransUnion tell you I am 81 years old, have been a professional registered architect for 50 years and am
working every day to clear up problems caused by the Covid and no one would help you during the Covid!

The customer service provided by the head office has significant room for improvement. It is essential for them to establish better communication with their smaller branches to ascertain whether issues have been resolved, rather than directly contacting individuals and issuing threats regarding collections for missed payments. I have experienced this situation multiple times. However, I commend my local branch in Medicine Hat for their exceptional service; they consistently assist me effectively and enable me to move forward. Unfortunately, I am then subjected to harassment from personnel at the head office who fail to communicate with the local branch or adequately review account notes before making threats related to collections. It is imperative that improvements be made in this regard. Nonetheless, I would like to express my gratitude to my local branch in Medicine Hat for their outstanding support; they truly excel.
