Really reliable store! I recommend it 100%✨✨✨

We bought a selection of Stokke items and the Tripp Trapp itself. The delivery was delayed, however when I called Lester's the Manager couldn't do enough to ensure my delivery arrived ASAP.

Michael was a great help and kept us informed about delivery options and times. Everything was delivered as promised and the 10% discount was a huge bonus, I would highly recommended Lesters Nurseryworld!

Exactly what we were after. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Nothing to fault

Amazing product, perfect size for us.
Very helpful customer service, responded quickly. Thank you

I knew what pram I wanted and a number of retailers were offering it at the same price. With such a large purchase I had a few questions, I called the store and a very helpful lady answered my queries and went above and beyond, she put my mind at rest and that is why I chose Lesters, simple as that! For me that customer service goes a long way

Excellent service thanks

Fast delivery and item came as expected, very good service.

Great personalised service! Would use again.

Me and my Husband purchased from Lesters Nurseryworld after being let down by a different supplier after they applied for liquidation. As anyone can imagine, me and my Husband was panicked and needed to purchase a new travel system. We explained our anxieties to Lesters Nurseryworld about our current situation and they showed compassion and empathy with our situation. They were accommodating and super friendly. We were kept up to date with our order and time scales were spot on too. We had read the reviews on Trustpilot and could see Lesters were inundated with 5* reviews. We wish we had come to Lesters the first time round! Would highly recommend to any expecting parents. Thank you again for your services.

Product was delayed by manufacturer, but kept informed by retailer. Nice company to deal with.

Very kind staff, good price, good delivery would order from here again!

Exactly what I expected, good quality and fast and safe delivery

Ordered early Friday morning and was with me by Saturday at 2:30pm very quick delivery. Prices are great too!

Really pleased with our Silver Cross car seat which is good quality at a great price, it was delivered quickly and well packaged by Lesters Nurseryworld

Very fast delivery

Good pricing and information on the website on delivery time. Unfortunately delivery was delayed. Better timely updates on this would have been helpful and saved time.

I couldn’t recommend Lesters Nursery highly enough! I ordered a Silver Cross Breeze pram package and had a query, so I emailed them. Within 20 minutes I’d received a response, and they kept me updated throughout the delivery process.
I had another query a little later, so I called them and, again, they called me back within 10 minutes with the answer. The customer service has genuinely been fantastic from start to finish.
I couldn’t fault them at all and would absolutely use Lesters Nursery again. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy and reassuring!

Good customer service and prompt delivery
