Amet went above and beyond to ensure the property was in a good state before and after we moved in, answering all of our queries in a timely fashion and chasing for repairs when needed. 5/5 would recommend working with him, he has a passion for this job and does it well.

Amet is a wonderful Lettings Agent, and I enjoyed liaising with him.

I can confidently say many lettings agents are very laid back and the tenant will have to chase them for updates. However, Amet is one of the few lettings agent that kept me updated regularly about the property that I have been interested in- without me needing to chase him.

He kept a very positive attitude and shown a lot of determination throughout. It is also rare to come across someone that loves what he does for a living which makes the company look amazing.

I have recently relocated from oman. The way treated us was awesome and if any doubts they try to clear us immediately. I suggest others to contact letting international.

Really disappointed the manger from repaiers dont like to speak to the tenants the tree and the fences in my garden has been damage from the strom been over a week and im fedup reporting it no1 is given me any updates or next steps i contact zac who i meant to report any issues to i keep getting "when i get in the office i will call you" still waiting from today if someone who suffers with anxiety it hasn't helped me waking up making sure no1 is in my garden... not impressed with the way i have been treated the landlord who i yet to meet gets his money no problem so everyone including your agancy and landlord had a duty of care.

I'm very pleased with the agency that manages my home. Particularly with my Housing Officer, Nadia, who is always so professional but more importantly she is caring, always listens and she is very organised, sensitive and empathetic. The repairs are always dealt efficiently and prompt. I am extremely pleased with the agency, particularly with my housing officer, Nadia.

I'd want to give Zak a five-star rating since he has been very proactive in scheduling all of the repairs that have been requested for the property, he communicates well, and he always shows respect.
