Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The team did go the extra mile to accomodate tge client’s requirements. Good quality, stylish, and practical furniture that blends well in each room. The delivery service was very efficient, and all furniture was unpacked and installed without delay.

This company is not only not…
This company is not only not transparent but even if you want to settle the loan early they would still make you pay the full installments including their full amount interest. I have all correspondence in place to prove this. Also they deny they supplied some of the furniture if something breaks and also they would attack you personally if you have signed Personal Guarantees and would take you to court without a notice. Even if the balance is settled they still take you to court because they are totally clueless as to what they are doing. All the above plus the lack of transparency with their Purchase Hire Agreement and harassment (shaming you on social media) are being reported to the relative institutions. Otherwise if you really want super expensive and low quality furniture combined with dept collectors approach - this is the right company for you!
I think that not many people would dare posting a poor review even if they want to as we can see the vicious responses. As a well known investor in the industry my only intention is to prevent others who are now starting to fall in the traps that I did. I have purchased many furniture packs after using this company from different suppliers and it is my right to share my experience regarding this company. It is not a false information.
12 reviews for the last 12 months is not a lot. I'm guessing less and less people are using them.

1. Your partner noted in his previous 1 star review and you have also mentioned there is no transparency. The original quote you received listed the cost of products to purchase and also what the monthly cost would be to finance. The finance agreement you signed had all the costs clearly listed. Therefore, it is your obligation to read these documents before signing and agreeing to them. This is a business decision you made to finance the furniture, you were under no obligation to do that.
2. You sent us an email in 5.2.20 noting that you had another HMO for furnishing. This suggests to me that at the point 16 months after your initial delivery you were happy with the furniture. Nothing was mentioned or reported to us about any issues.
3. We had not taken to social media to harass or shame you. All I have done is posted a reply on Trustpilot to a review left by your business associate. Do not make false allegations which are in the public domain.
4. Harassment is not defined by a company recovering debt owed by breach of a financial agreement , which we have been since February this year.
5. As you had emailed us last week refusing to make any payment you left us with no option but to pursue the matter through the legal system. This was not done without notice, you had outstanding debt for 8 months.
6. Items you had only emailed us last week claiming to be damaged wasn't furniture that was supplied under this agreement. This was only brought to our attention last week while we were pursuing the debt.
As a business we will always endeavor to resolve any issues amicably with customers. Unfortunately it is you that have decided to take to Trustpilot to post false information and threats and therefore as a business we will do our utmost to defend the great reputation we have within the industry.

Poor quality furniture. Lack of transparency with pricing. We ended up paying double. We are very experienced portfolio landlords. We would never recommend this company to property investors after our very bad experience of their low standard furniture and lack of transparency on pricing.

In response to your recent review.
We supplied the furniture to a business which I assume you have links to, however we had no communication with you during that process in 2018. At the time of placing the order the customer decided to finance the furniture rather than purchase the furniture. All costs were disclosed at the time, providing the quote which included full breakdown of costs associated with financing the furniture. The customer opted to choose finance which inevitably costs more that purchasing outright. In February this year we gave a settlement figure which the customer declined and decided to keep the furniture on finance. In terms of poor quality, we provided the furniture that was opted for, we have varying styles and quality of furniture the price charged reflects these variations.
At no point in the last 2 years have we been contacted with issues relating to the furniture.
Your Trustpilot review from my opinion is essentially a response due to my colleague in accounts making contacting for outstanding debt as there is a large sum owing to us as a business on this finance agreement. No payments have been made since February and we have been offered 50% of what is owed as a settlement which we have declined.
I will be contacting Trustpilot and giving them the full facts for them to determine whether the review should remain on our site. Taking 2 years to place a review of service received in October 2018 and issuing a negative review only as a result of us pursuing debt which is owed seems to be against what Trustpilot is meant to be used for.
