Rachel is what made my experience great! She is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I feel as though she knows her stuff and I can trust her. She of course could:) My settlement went through on the 31st of October - but there was no date of experience as Rachel was helping me over a 2-month period - right from my first phone call when I called to see if she could help me and discuss my situation.
