Ryan was professional and pleasant to deal with right from the start of our application process. He was patient and kept us informed every step of the way. He was always happy to answer any questions we had no matter how trivial. As this was our first mortgage there were certainly many! He guided and advised us through every stage, liaised with the lender and advocated on our behalf where necessary. It became quite a long process in part due to COVID-19 impacts but he was persistent until we achieved a positive end result. We really felt like he cared and was acting in our best interests.
