The process of ordering the pool table was so easy and straight forward, with plenty of choices available!
My pool/dining table arrived within a few days, and was exactly as described, and easy to assemble.
I would highly recommend Liberty Games to anybody looking to purchase a pool table.

Very disappointing experience.

The product was advertised with a 180-day return policy. However, after purchase I was informed that this only applies to unopened items, and that the effective return window is 30 days. For a product like a pool table, this is not practical, as it is not possible to assess quality or performance without assembling and using it. This makes the advertised return policy misleading.

After setting up the table, it became clear that it does not perform as expected of a “pro” or even standard table. The ball speed and cushion response are noticeably reduced, likely due to design choices aimed at lowering noise. While that may suit some casual users, it significantly affects gameplay and was not clearly communicated at the point of sale.

Customer service has been difficult to deal with throughout this process. Despite providing video evidence, I have been asked to resubmit it in different formats, which has delayed progress and added unnecessary friction.

As a result, I have had to escalate the matter through a finance provider wish I had used a credit card now. Worst, in the meantime, the table is occupying space in my home while the dispute is ongoing.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase confirms the return terms in writing beforehand, particularly for large items, and considers using a credit card so you are not given a run around.

This was the first time I used this company for the purchase of one of their products. I was extremely please with the service, easy use of the website to find and purchase what I needed and the product when it arrived was a quality product, well made and easy to put together with clear instructions. I have no qualms in recommending anyone to purchase products from this company.

Had not previously heard of this company, but searching for a folding pool/snooker table this company came up. Purchased one which arrived before the Easter weekend. Very good price and fast delivery. Really had fun.
Found afterwards that our snooker ball collection was not complete. Contacted the company and they are sending a complete set. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant product, we bought the amalfi 2 pool table in Oak. Arrived in time and the delivery information and service from customer service team was excellent. Pool table is well made with the end user and pool (and ping pong!) lover in mind. Only downside was the table stand we bought separately had a manufacturing fault with it, meaning the screws were wrongly placed. My husband sorted this quite quickly but otherwise I am sure customer service would have organised another one. Highly recommend this pool table and this company. Thanks Liberty Games!

Don't know how Liberty Games has received such a high Trustpilot score. Our experience has been terrible. We ordered an outside football table and waited a month for it to be delivered. Okay, so it came from France. On arrival I checked the parts before I put the table together only to find there were nuts and bolts missing, which I reported immediately. The boxes are still sitting in the corner of our club, a month later, awaiting the parts which have taken longer to be delivered than the original table.

It was a small order - table football balls; the order arrived incredibly quickly to an IV24 postcode. Packaging was appropriate for the size of the order. It's great to have the table football going again!
