An Outstanding Team That Put Me at Ease
I’ll be honest—I’m not a fan of doctor’s offices or medical procedures, so I was pretty apprehensive going in. However, every staff member involved helped put me at ease and made the entire experience much more comfortable than I expected.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go through the process again if I knew the same crew would be there. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. Based on my experience, I have a feeling that level of service extends throughout Lifeline.

The team was great but the fact that the receptionist called in sick greatly delayed the whole process.l by 50 minutes. And I arrived early so it was a looong wait. I think you should add more staff and not cut it to the bone like you have it now.

Peace of Mind
All of the employees are very professional. Each test area is partioned off by privacy screens and the whole set-up is very efficient. They send you the test results which you can share with your doctor and act on them, if necessary.

i wanted perifical arteries tested i ended up with blood draw. i have an appointment next week for my annual wellness exam i will get complete blood test.very disappointed. pay $158.00 for blood test which i will get next week.
