Everyone was so friendly
Everyone was so friendly. I am in a wheelchair and they used a bed that would lower down enough for me to transfer to. Then they brought all the test equipment needed to this area so I could have all the test in 1 area. It was a great experience and I will do again in a year.

Deceptive business practices.
Yesterday I had a Life Line Screening and they upsold a service to me, I accepted that particular service. When presented with a several page long consent the front desk receptionist did not specify they were also opting me in to an annual membership. I immediately asked her to cancel the auto renew- since I had signed up for it without knowledge 30 seconds ago, and she refused, saying I could call closer to next year and cancel the membership. Since then I have called Life Line two more times to cancel the annual renew that I was opted in to. They won’t send me any confirmation the renewal is canceled. They won’t give me any confirmation whatsoever that my membership is canceled and their patient portal says I have an active membership.

Outstanding Customer Service
All the employees made sure it was a positive experience. Made sure all questions were answered, explained everything they were checking. Very professional, ran smoothly. Can’t say enough good from the lady at check in, to the two gentlemen performing the procedures.

LONG WAIT TIMES
My husband and I had made a 11:40 and 11:45 appointments for a 5 minute carotid artery screening. When I arrived, there were several people in the waiting area, so we sat down. We waited for an hour and a half! When I inquired about the long wait, I was told there was only one person who was able to do the ultrasound screening test, and we were the last people scheduled. Had I not already paid for the screening I would have left the appointment. I understand short staffing issues, but appointment times should be made while taking these issues into consideration. I was extremely disappointed in the service and I will not be a returning customer. Customer time is valuable and should not be taken advantage of in this way.
