The number of parts/LEDs is great. But the cable management is quite bad. Lumibricks knows how to do it.

The interior light is the worst. Why not include a one cent part to attach it properly?

Where is my product?

LEGO Neuschwanstein Castle 21063 was my first ever Lightailing project. It was tedious work but I got it done. The amount of detail was surprising. The pictures don't compare to actually looking at the finished work. Can't wait until I do the the next one.

I am experienced at lightups. Have purchased 2 sets of lighttailing light up kits for LGK467 Collectors OWL from Harry Potters collection. First set arrived with broken wire so couldn’t wait for replacement so bought set no 2. Goes ok but no video instructions for this set just a booklet with pictures too hard to follow. Lighting up fragile wings was a disaster. Too many wires to hide and completed product distracted from owls appearance.
Don’t waste your money on this kit. Very very disappointed with lighttailing after doing 9 lightups. Up your anti lightailing and support your builds with helpful videos.

Order was received Promptly, exactly as expected. LOVE this company, and the light kit is amazing!

This will be the second kit I have purchased. It has not arrived, however the first kit worked really well and gave my Lego radio a look of authenticity. I was very happy and that is why I have decided to order another.

Excellent customer service for whatever may be wrong. Had some issues (broken cable, receiver not working for remote) with several purchases but all were resolved satisfactory. Its very fragile stuff so you need to really take it slow assembling.

I had a great experience with the product I ordered, HOWEVER I had to take away a star because I ordered 2 products but only received one. NOT because they didn't ship it. But rather their system didn't update fast enough, so therefore the item was actually not in stock. They refunded the money, but my disappointment was I didn't get the item which I was desperately seeking.

Just for the record it was the lighting set for Old Trafford.

Easy to order the lights for the right project. Makes the job complete.

J'ai commandé pour 450 euros, la commande a été divisée en 3 colis. Je n'en ai reçu qu'un sur les 3.
Il a été livré le 23 septembre 2025.

Depuis cette date, j'ai pris moi même contacte avec le livreur qui ne sait pas où sont les 2 colis manquants.

Et Lightailing ne repond pas à mes solicitations depuis le 20 octobre.

Sur les 450 euros de commande, je n'en ai reçu que 150 euros.

Je suis particulièrement déçu et je ne recommande pas du tout ce site malgré leur set qui sont plus joli que la conccurence.
