I used the most expensive products I could find to lighten my hazel eyes, to lighten and brighten more greens and blues. I used this product for about 3 years. I can tell you that after that time and investment, I realized I had no change at all. This company bets that when you start watching your own eyes, looking for changes, you will start to see them, but it’s just suggestive psychology. There is NO CHANGE. I’m only writing this to save another from wasting their money. You are beautiful how you are and if you want change anyway that is totally okay and you should follow your heart, but you will not get it through these products.

If I could score 0 stars I would do so. I spent a fortune with this company and kept changing the product on their advice to get results. However, after trying multiple product variations - most of which were around $300 a bottle I received no results whatsoever.
When I asked for a partial refund with their promise to return money if you get no results they didn't respond to my emails and never offered any type of compensation.
Their customer service is non existent and their products do not do anything. Don't waste your time or money.

Really impressed so far with my progress. There are a lot of competitors, so I have looked around at what is best. But they do seem legit. Fast delivery as well and good reply rate. All around good.

I would to be able to rate them under 0. They are stealing your money. Do not order. It’s been 5 months since i have ordered for 950$, no shipping, no refund and no answers. I send almost 5 emails a week since then but they answer every 2 months to tell me that my products will be shipped in 24hours. More than 5 months later nothing! They are being rude, disrespectuful ans incapable. I have asked for my refund i dont need their product anymore, i insist send emails being nice to them always talking to them with respect, they dont care though. It is from far the worst service i have ever met in my whole life. I am losing here, i have purchased this because i have needed to feel better with my post partum depression and they causing me to feel worse

They have SO many violations from the FDA. Their products have been found to be disturbances to the body, they have been found to have CONTAMINANTS in their products and more!!! They SHOULD not be distributed in the US! Not good for your health and not good products overall! Very scammy!!

I was a previous customer a long time ago and have been doing research on them ever since! I did not have a great experience as when I used their products my eyes burned badly.

My order hasn't arrived almost 200 dollars no replyto emailsno updates. I have emailed an asked for a refund no response.

I used msm drops years ago from this company that worked after a year and started trying the new advanced 500$ product recently. My eyes got really dry and crusty this time around and contacts were impossible to wear using this product. I've wrote to the company twice and never got a response. So I changed my rating from 5 to 3.

I have been using the companys products for six months now. Really impressed with the quality of the products. Sometimes the shipping is late though and i am impatient. However, Karl has always helped me out - he has been a godsend!

i spent almost $5000 on their website..and had no results what so ever...my eyes are still dark brown and i followed their instructions to a T. i tried their products for over a year..
rarely do they ever reply back to my emails. They are great at sending out the products asap but fail at replying to my emails. waste of my hard earned money..and will waste yours too if you get suckered in like I did. its really too good to be true. they are a scam!!!

I was wrong to judge before I fully red the information on their website. I'm worried and excited to see what the results would be. But please it is very important for you to answer to customers. After all we are not buying hair dye but trying to change our eyes. Why has my order not arrived yet?

Really impressed with this products I have been purchasing for three years. First I wanted to go light brown and got there. Then decided
To go green and started again. Really happy with results and the level of service. Any time I need them they are always there and get back to me quickly. Impressed to say the least !!!!

I have a severe eye illness for the last several years. The MSM drops have literally saved my eye sight!! I’ve been using them for 3 years and it has made a HUGE difference.

Light Eyez customer service is also excellent. I have told several people about the MSM eye drops and they love them too!! Thank you for an amazing product and service!!!

Everytime I reach out they Get back to me quickly. Shipping is fast & quality products. Really enjoying using them. changes are indeed slow, I suppose that is to protect us all though!!!!

I have spent 2 years and thousands and thousands of dollars wasted on this. My eye colour has never changed, never lightened…NOT A SHADE

I ordered The Ultra Drop, UV protection booster and MSM + DMSO eye color change accelerator and i received one EMPTY bottle of the LightEyez Ultra X! I contacted the company and recieved my order as paid for with exceptional customer service!

Enjoyed my experience with light eyez. Goood products and customer service has been very attentive to my needs

Been going on 2 months and not even a slight change in eye color. Total rip off. When I say not even the SLIGHTEST change 🤦🏽‍♀️ Was using the LightEyez Advanced Kojic Mushroom AND my second month I used the LightEyez Ultra X (which is supposed to be the best one out there with quickest results. Don't buy. It's garbage. 👎🏼

Good company, good service!

I ordered the Ultra X on November 1, 2021 and was counting the days for when they would ship it out. It took 1 day for the order to process and then another 5 business days (November 6, 2021) for them to ship it out. The city where it shipped out from is SARASOTA, FL. So if you live near there I imagine you will get your package quicker. My eyes are a medium brown and hoping to get them to a light honey brown.

November 8, 2021 - I received my package today. It came in a small United States Postal Service flat rate box. The return address said it was from Light Products.
