I felt the initial ordering was great, simple and the order status was very well communicated. I received an email stating the order was received with instructions if I needed any help. The next day (a weekend), I went on the site and realized I ordered a wrong part. The online chat (which I had used the day before was excellent but not available on the weekend) was not available but instead I was given the option to send an email. So I did and explained the issue. I did not hear back for several days so I contacted them via the chat service - they could not find the email I sent nor know where it went. I admit, that was a little disappointing but not the end of the world. I ordered the correct parts and they did ship them to me by a faster means than normal which was nice. I received my original order and as I tracked it, I was being told the entire order was shipped. Being it was the holiday's, I did not look at the order contents in detail but as I went to install, I could not find one of the parts (3 gang cover). I looked all over for it in my house as I had though I saw it and it said it was shipped. Finally, I emailed them and they told me they had a glitch in the system and sometimes it happens the part says it was shipped but wasn't. It had even said when I ordered they were out of stock and still did prior to me emailing it. They told me in the email it would be shipped next day and I would have by this Friday - I did not receive an update if it was shipped - which would be nice.

Overall, I am happy with the product and service but I think there are a few glitches that would make it even better. I will purchase more components from Lighting & Locks.

We ordered six of these last year when doing a Japanese garden. They were gorgeous and have worked very well. Unfortunately, during an emergency, my husband backed over one. This second order was a replacement. I love these path lights!!! Such a beautiful, serene addition to our new garden

I just had to write to let the customer service supervisors know what a wonderful experience I've had for what started out a disaster. Three weeks ago I ordered a vanity light through Amazon with your company as the shipper. Upon delivery I discovered that one of the 4 glass globes were broken. I contacted Amazon for a replacement and was sent the wrong one .I contacted then again and was directed to you company as the original seller. jerry was eager to help and offered to send the one I needed believing what he was sending was having sent would be correct, but unfortunately a second incorrect globe was delivered. Although he didn't have the part number he needed for my globe he didn't give up and reached out to the manufacturer to as them to send the globe only giving them the light bar number. Correct globe received and now my vanity light is complete !!!!
I am also in customer service for a Bioscience thermal packaging company here in new England it can be stressful,I so appreciate the extra steps he took to see this through and so patiently . His obvious eagerness to satisfy my needs was very impressive...... Will visit your site again for future purchases knowing my concerns matter.

3-4 days before an item is shipped is like an eternity today. This is not 20 years ago when with mailnorder catalogs. Even they shipped faster.

Excellent selection of Legrand Adorne products. I found exactly what I needed and my order arrived very quickly.

I bought a lot of Legrand outlets. Sometimes the manufacturer missed out some items. Lighting and Locks follow up my case in a short time and immediately requested manufacturer to send me the missing one. Even one time it was the carrier fault that they delivered to the wrong house (they admitted it was their fault), they put the same order immediately and offered 1-day shipping immediately. I am very please with their service

Purchased 5 of these to light up my front and back yard. Should've bought less - these are way more powerful than I imagined. Have only installed four at this time.

I receive the product but dont work yet. Instructions are limited and no customer support. I dknt know if product is not working or i am not installing right.

I had to return the item I purchased on line. I spoke to a rep and she sen a return prepaid label to my email. I mailed it back and a refund was issued within the week. I would definitely use them again if they had an item I needed to buy.
