I am sending this email with a high degree of dissatisfaction regarding my service
Despite a clear understanding of what my contract includes I have been unable to reach mobile numbers from my landline
I called this morning and spoke with someone called Danny Dammatis, who was anything but helpful. He started talking some nonsense about needing an XX Euro contract to make mobile calls and I reminded him that I had just spoken with you last week to renew my contract and so I knew I had 300 minutes to landlines and mobile phones. Danny then acknowledged the length of my customer relationship with Lightnet and informed me he was logging this call and that someone will get back to me. Please confirm if this Danny is a real person or an AI generated support agent.
He refused to connect me with a manager or to a customer service agent. He also wanted me to answer some questions, one of which was if I could make calls to landlines...How very strange since I was calling him from the very same landline. Is this normal for your support team not to use some initiative instead asking rhetorical questions?
Since then I have placed a total of 5 additional calls to Lightnet hoping that I could reach someone else like Stephen or Mark or Carl with no success. I am kept on hold and then told no one can help me by an automated system.
After dealing with your company with such loyalty for 15 years, the least I could expect is that you honor your service contract and not have to deal with maintenance support people like Danny
Please let me know immediately how this problem should be solved or if I should take my business elsewhere.

I've used lightnet for over 10 years. They are faultless in their service. We are a household of college students, teens and juniors so the demand for internet connection is huge. We can all clearly remember any time the internet was down because it's so rare!! Customer service is always prompt, professional and polite. I don't think I'll ever change provider. I can't recommend lightnet highly enough. Totally trustworthy and excellent quality service.

We have Internet and phone through FritzBox wirless. Never without service, even when power is out - last January we were without Electricity for 5 days, We had Internet and phone when plugged into generator
