We needed this to go with the lights we were installing. We had the correct length of lights but it needed a much longer cable to then come into the house. Perfect for the job

Faulty and no response from Customer Services after 2 attempts reporting this., uploading photos etc. So our Xmas is not lit up!
Had to add this to my order as the power pack lead is so short. It prompts you to purchase this and only comes in a 10 mtr length. If the lead on the power pack was more generous, this extension wouldn’t be needed. Even a shorter 3 or 4 mtr lead would be more useful. Wish I had looked around for alternatives.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear the short lead on the power pack caused inconvenience and led to the need for the 10m extension. We understand how a shorter, more flexible extension option could be more practical in many setups. Your comments are really valuable and will be passed on to our product team as we continually look to improve our range. If there's anything we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
