Unfortunately, the baubles arrived broken, which was a real shame as they were beautiful. Despite this, I was very impressed with the company’s customer service. They responded quickly and professionally to my message and arranged a full refund straight away, as the item was sold out. Although I couldn’t keep the baubles, the service I received was excellent.
