Great product - average service.

Great product, average service.

Ordered items that were "in stock", no updates for 2 days with tracking, so I called. Items are out of stock and not available until next week. Oh, dear! Could have bought similar from another supplier (just did) and had them delivered today!

Best option: TAKE THEM OFF THE WEBSITE or add a delivery date of arrival at your warehouse.

Corrugated retrograde

Not impressed with the switch to corrugated cardboard. My products need rigid cardboard if they are going to survive handling in the post, not a product which encourages bending with flexible creases throughout. Will unfortunately look elsewhere as they have changed the whole product lineup. I used to love the thickness of Lil envelopes. Ah well.

Be aware off

Be aware of this business, They will take the money from you and if there is anything wrong with the item, it is yours they do not know you or they will refer you to their T&C so stay away.

Was Brexit good for Lil Packaging?

Was Brexit good for Lil Packaging? I don´t think so. The new EU branch offers extremely high shipping prices and terrible service! Goods disappear during transport. They promise to resend, but it never happens. They even send fake tracking numbers as proof of delivery! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Steer clear of this company!

These prices as of recent, fluctuate with our couriers and will not be a standard price going forward, we are working hard with our partners to ensure that prices do not become an issue in the near future. As for service, we aim to have great and world class service. We were speaking with yourself every step of the way and have worked hard during this period to ensure you get your goods however with the recent issues with shipping strikes and the current peak many parcels have been missing. We hope to work with you and provide a refund for this since this is completely unacceptable. we will however acknowledge that with each resent goods they have become stuck at customs and our couriers partners have been working hard to locate your goods.

We do hope to make amends and again we apologise for any inconvenience caused since this is not the quality of service we wish to portray.

Good boxes ... poor service... but wait!

I have used Lil Packaging for a number of years, mainly purchasing their book wraps which are very good quality. They are however not a good company to deal with. They do not answer emails, they mess up paperwork and orders which for me causes big problems at Customs as I am based in Ireland. I will use them until I find a better supplier.
UPDATE: Much to my surprise, I actually received a phone call from Lil regarding my problem and Emma from sales did a very good job in first of all apologising for errors and also fixing the issue. So maybe there is some hope after all. I hope going forward that the management at Lil do adopt a culture of looking after customers when things go wrong. We will wait and see but fingers crossed. Star rating changed form 2 to 3 for Emma's handling of my problem.

Just hope you don't have any issues…

Just hope you don't have any issues with your orders. We have used lilpack for many years and spent over 5 figures with them. Recently they sent 2 pallets worth over 3K to the wrong address. 4 weeks later and still not resolved. They don't even bother replying to us now. So we are 3k out of pocket as had to order elsewhere to avoid our business shutting down. Massive lack of professionalism!

Don't bother

I can't believe how terrible their customer service is. I'm actually shocked it's so bad. Never directly replied to any of my emails and their limited responses were so rude.

Was looking at getting custom boxes but I'll just take my business elsewhere.

This entire situation has been unreal

This entire situation has been unreal. I am literally trying to give them my money to create packaging and cannot, I mean cannot seem to get anyone to respond. This is for both the US and the UK. The most frustrating part is having a chat option but it isn't actually a chat. Sometimes they tell you they respond in an hour, sometimes 3 hours, maybe in a few days. Then you have the option to put in your contact details for them to get back to you...but you never get a response. This is absolutely bonkers.

Unfortunately I have had a very disappointing experience with this company, they are unprofessional and inexperienced which has left me frustrated and in hand out of pocket, the man I spoke to was arrogant and rude and didn't help resolve the issue caused by the company, I would highly not recommend or use this company again, I am very dissatisfied

Horrible company

Horrible company, does not care about employees, if you work here you will not get a full time contract and will be penalized for being ambitious. I get a business is a business but they risk health and safety in order to save money on multiple occasions.
Highly recommend not to work or buy from lil packaging

Love & support from Cyprus

Marios here from Cyprus!. I am purchasing from Lilpacking since 2016. I've never had issues with them and i will not! The only point is Cyprus is not listed on their website. Having spoke with Emma & Nate they do dispatches but in pallets, which is saves me money in this way. I hope soon they will resume online on the web for my country so i can order in packs. Brexit situation caused a lot of problems among businesses in the UK, but afterall i am always happy to do business with Lilpacking.

You have better options for shipping in the US

This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order arrived nearly a month late. Their customer service rep was completely incompetent and took 5 days to respond to my initial message with the incorrect information. This incorrect response further pushed back my packaging's arrival and caused several of my album's pre orders to be cancelled. I eventually had to call UPS to correct the issue, which they told me it was too late.

I eventually looked up their CS managers email, who took care of things just to have their CEO Fred write me and tell me he doesn't want my business. I'm sorry Anna their CS manager worked so hard to bring my business back, just to have the guy that runs the show throw her hard work in the trash. If you live in the United States there are countless better options that will ship domestically. I'm certainly not giving Fred Lill another dime of my money.

Customer service is possibly the worst…

Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever experienced!!!! Items ordered never arrived, asked for tracking info, after 3 day a link for tracking was sent, link was wrong and did not work.Asked for a correct link, NO reply received.
Paypal case opened, still waiting for refund.

What a waste of time!

Logged on to lilpackaging.com.au and was redirected to their UK website. Found what I was looking for an ordered a hundred. At checkout was informed Lil Packaging don’t ship to Australia. What a waste of time!!

So dissapointing regarding the service

Before I start, I am FULLY aware of the situation out there at the moment but that certainly doesn’t excuse the shoddy customer service I have received. I placed an 800 piece order ( half pallet ) on the 8th of April, I was informed that my order would not be despatched until the 14th because of the web orders received whilst the company was closed, that’s no problem at all I said, I understand completely, on the 15th I phoned and I asked if my order was sent, after checking it hadn’t been sent but the person I chatted to said that the she would enquire with the warehouse team to get the order sent that day and if there were any further problems I would be informed. Today I phoned to make sure the order was sent only to be informed that It wasn’t and that all pallet orders were being sent first? , hold on that means assuming that it wasn’t sent out today that the company have had 5 days to do this already? I was told again that I would be informed of the status of my order sometime today, no phone call??? In the meantime I have ordered similar large orders from similar maybe even bigger companies ( Defendapak and Sounds wholesale ) and I received my orders in 24 hours?? So as it stands I have no idea what is going on with my order or when it may even be sent. Dreadful!!!!
Ps, the products themselves are very good and I have been a repeat customer for many years but on certain occasions things above happen which just devalues my love for the company. How can nobody tell me when my order will be sent???

I am sorry that you feel that you have not had good enough customer service form the Lil Team. I would like to follow on from our conversation we had on the phone. As you can imagine, we have had huge number of orders that have been placed, due to the huge influx on internet sales. We also in turn had to close out factory for two weeks due to a COVID-19 case, which means we have had a two week delay in production. Here are Lil Packaging the safety of our staff is our main priority, and we could not risk trying to run, while our staff were in jeopardy. During the two week closure the walls were moved, safe areas were created, and a whole new way of working was introduced. We then have had to work through all the orders from the 1st place to the most resent. Again, due to illness, our teams have been understaffed, and some of the information that has been coming though that was passed on was not quite correct. We do apologies for this and I am truly sorry that this has affected you. As you are aware from our conversations that process have been put in place to try to avoid this issue in the future. I am soo happy that you are pleased with the quality of the items. I do look forward to speaking to you in the future.
