I bought the luggage set and a canvas tote. When I reached out to see about getting my items before my upcoming trip, Lin helped me get them expedited, and they arrived well in advance of my trip. My tote bag wasn't in the requested color, and Lin immediately started getting me a replacement with the correct color. The service and response time to my questions and issues were always met with professionalism and kindness.

As a returning customer I needed a customised item with a relatively quick turnaround as a gift for a visiting friend from overseas. The customer service team assured me they could meet my deadline and today the beautiful bag has arrived on time as promised. I’m thrilled. Thank you Lily and Bean.

Everything Arrived in Time

after a worrying 6 weeks for delivery email, when the goods were needed (and were initially promised) sooner than that - the Customer Service Team upped their game and got the two bags to us in good time.

I bought the velvet tote bag for £175, and to be honest, for that price, you’re better off with known brands like Coach or Kate Spade. Extremely poor quality - the customised initials fell off after a few months’ use. The letters were literally stuck on using 3M stickers.

Shipping was a nightmare - they wrongly inputted my address.

Overall, won’t recommend. It’s giving mass-production.

The bags do take a while but, they are of such high quality and the beautiful personalisation takes time, they are so worth the wait . I love it❤️

I reached out to the support team over the weekend just to check the status of my bags. It was about 6 weeks and as a first time customer I was excited! I also have an upcoming trip to Baha Mar and was hoping for my bags to arrive by then. Not only did I get a prompt reply from Lucy. She told me that she would expedite the bags to be sure I had them for my trip.
And one day after her reply (today) I had a text from DHL about the delivery in just a couple of days. I am blown away! Thank you Lily & Bean, can't wait to receive my bags soon and order more.

I had a rare issue with a bag I ordered (I have multiple bags from Lily and Bean and never have had an issue). I reached out to customer service and Lucy helped me! She got right back to me and was very kind and helpful. I kept thinking how rare good customer service is anymore! She immediately took care of me and replaced the bag.
