Very nice gentleman came to fix our washing machine, listened carefully to the 'symptoms' of the washing machine, fixed it and explained the problem to us afterwards. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others to use.

I'm giving four stars because Lincs Appliance repairs are a good company and attend promptly. However, make sure you really need an engineer before requesting a callout as there's no way to cancel a call or get hold of anyone once this is in place.
I thought my fridge wasn't working and requested an engineer, then realised the temperature dial was turned the wrong way and once this was corrected the appliance was fine. I tried to contact the company to cancel but the phone number just directs you to the website and, once the engineer is on his rounds, he doesn't see emails.
Update on 23rd May 2024: I appreciate being refunded half of the callout charge....thanks Frank! Sorry to write a somewhat negative review but thought others might find it useful.

Impressed by the speedy response - I booked the appt after midnight & the engineer was on my doorstep at 8:30 am that morning!
To be fair, there wasn't much for him to do & the problem was resolved within minutes, so thank you for your timely & excellent service 👍
