I placed an order for wallpaper a couple of weeks ago as I am moving house, I have a decorator booked and have given plenty of time allowance for the delivery of my wallpaper. There has been no sign of it and no despatch update on the order info. I have sent about 3 emails a day and several calls, my number has now been blocked. I can't understand why I am not getting an update. My only option is to now just come to the conclusion that for whatever reason I will not get the wallpaper and I must open a dispute with paypal in order for a refund. I have given plenty of chances to communicate and don't think there is any excuse for it? I can't just order things, pay for them and forget about it. The sad thing is that I could not get this particular paper any were else. Very very disappointed.

Unfortunately, our experience mirrors many of the other reviews here: Delays in the original order, supply chain issues, emails going unresponded to, etc.

The shipment of an alternative product still remains incomplete (only half the order was fulfilled) and emails about the issue go unanswered.

A very unsatisfactory company.

Tablecloth I ordered arrived on time and was good quality but colour wasnt what I wanted so I arranged to return it. Posted it back Royal Mail tracked and signed for so I knew it was received. It took two weeks to receive my refund, but after a few email exchanges I did finally get it.

I ordered a bedspread and am absolutely delighted with this item. There was a delay but my enquiries were dealt with promptly . The price is very competitive and it looks absolutely lovely on my bed. I have confidently ordered more items and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Adverse reviews are puzzling. It certainly was not my experience.

Poor company I cancelled my order they did not refund me and all emails stopped. Stay away the whole thing is fraudulent

realistically I cannot give even a one star review a I have heard nothing of my order despite a number of emails and multiple attempts to telephone.
Even if there is a blip in the supply chain I would have expected some response.

I ordered a spotty oil skin table cloth , been looking for months , sadly when it arrived it was not as described - it was a plastic table cloth that I could have purchased for £10 instead of the £30+ that I paid , very disappointed so I emailed , got a quick reply “we will
Look into it” - heard nothing since , so on this experience I cannot recommend this company , if they do get back to me and send the quality product I ordered I will surely amend this review .

The bed linen is perfect. Just what I was looking for and really good quality. Unfortunately once paid no one was able to assist with my VAT query.

Fantastic service, order dispatched and received within three days and that includes a Sunday.

good quality curtains very fast and eficient delivery

Great value curtains , lovely soft cotton.

The curtains and bedding were exactly as described and shown and look lovely in our bedroom.

My order was for 2 rolls of wallpaper and one pair of curtains. The curtains arrived quite quickly but not the wallpaper. However, after sometime passed I sent an email questioning where my wallpaper was. A very quick response came back telling me it would be looked into. A second email arrived shortly after advising my order would be complete the next day. True to their word a parcel arrived as promised the next day. So I would highly recommend Linfields and use again.

The fabric could be of better quality.Too flimsy and creases easily.

Ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was prompt. Goods were exactly as expected. Full marks!
