I was very pleased with the Toille de Joue bedspreads and cushions I purchased they arrived much quicker than I expected and I turned two of the bedspreads into lovely thick curtains so the whole room is now marching.

My order was cancelled by you because you said my card payment could not be verified. I find that rather curious, since my bank had approved the charge. OK so my bank is in the United States but that is not the point. Clearly your systems fail to cater for overseas customers and that's why I give a Bad rating. If you won't do business with customers like me you must expect this.

The curtains were very well made, my only criticism is that the linings could have been heavier!! As I had to add an additional loose lining to them! Otherwise very good!

My seat pads took 6 weeks to arrive. I enquired into the delay after 3 weeks and was told it was a special order and there had been delay due to a Covid 19 outbreak at the factory.
I emailed several more times and always received a prompt and friendly reply and I know every effort was made to get my order completed. I now have the seat pads and am very pleased with them. The comment I would make is that it would have been really helpful to me if I had been contacted to let me know that there was going to be a delay and to be given an approximate delivery date.

Product was very good and exactly what I'd ordered and I was very happy with it. It didn't arrive as quickly as I expected (that's ok - I wasn't in a hurry) and I did not receive an e-mail to inform me when to expect it. Hence 4 stars this time.

I was nervous after ordering with this firm. They were cited as not a legitimate company, as slow, as poor communicators. I looked up the company on the internet and it is a small firm of 5 staff. So I overreacted and sent them an email with my law credentials. In the end I needed an order change before dispatch, which was responded to and performed. The items sent were of high quality, the delivery took 9 days - but that's fine. Linen is rarely a crisis. So, from my experience, I would order with the firm a second time - only I'll be less of an paranoid loser the next time around. They were also highly competative on price.

Here is my complain, You'd better not ask me about stars....Lewis is trying to solve this problem since January! Please reimburse me if you cannot send me these sheets!

Perfect olive leaf oil cloth. Just as advertised and prompt customer service. Would recommend.

Beware you will not receive item unless you do a chargeback.
Company Didn’t sent item. After a month, I tried calling (no answer) and emailed twice (no response).
After 6 weeks I did a charge back on my credit card (luckily I paid with a credit card). A week later I received item, I also received emails from them asking to reverse the charge back. I ignored the emails like they did to me, the bank said if I receive item they will automatically return money to them after a month.
I think if I didn’t do a charge back I wouldn’t have got item or my money back. Be careful ordering from this company.

Excellent product and delivered as advized

Great quality product, would use again. Great customer service when I queried delay in delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that delivery took 4 weeks, but due to Covid & orders backlog at beginning of Jan to be expected for a quality custom-made product.

Very thin material
Cheap and cheerful but not what I was looking for.

I ordered the cushions at the same time as another item in two separate orders. The second order arrived first and promptly. I had to chase the progress of the second order which proved to be a manufacturer issue. To be fair the replies were both prompt and helpful but I think the company should have contacted me not the other way round.
That apart the cushions have now arrived and are first class quality.
Would I deal with the company again- without a doubt?
