I’m a seasonal customer and I know if you have a big bag or backpack your bag have to check. On Monday the April 20 I went to get some cologne. Bought 4 cologne I spend $479 I had a small purses the only thing can fit inside is my glasses, card holder, feminine stuff and my phone that’s how small the purse is pay my money have my receipt. Now on my way out security wanna go through my little purse that man that they said is manager told me to get out and don’t come back. You people don’t know how to treat people but GOD, But GOD you embarrassed me but you day is coming.

I purchased the brush cleanser and the usage of this product ruined two very good brushes, I have tried without success to get a resolution to the issue ( approx 5 months) I have been a loyal follower and customer since the beginning of the Lisa Journey but follow up / customer care is not in any way related to the image that is portrayed by Lisa … and customers will go elsewhere.. regrettably this issue has been the subject of much conversation, with others experiencing similar problems with customer care./ return items . I would suggest the Lisa and Co team should replicate the AYU customer care model which is excellent. . ( also an Irish businesses provider) .

I'm a fan of Lisa's Instagram page and bought the trio of lip oils recently. They were priced €46 but I bought in Dunnes with a voucher so got them for €36. Even at this price they are outrageously overpriced!! They are pleasant on the lips but the oil/moisture does not last long. they have a very strong smell of fruity smell, honestly they are similar to something you can get in Penney's for €3. the display box looks lux and that's about all. I will use them up but do not recommend at all.

Have alot of oroducts but slowly moving away from them. Coat replaced without knowing why. T shirts didn't hold their shape and reported it but told I wasn't ironing it right.do use the skin luxe and like it but have seen it turn orange on some skin types. Leggings do roll down despite her promising they don't. Her sun hat I hate. Too heavy and doesn't fit my head right. No longer rushing to buy her products. Postage costs too expensive so if I can get skin care in dunnes I do.

Lisa a total con artist. She is robbing people blind with her cheap tat. The make up brushes are poor quality, her packaging basic and she pushes these products as though they are top end. She has no cosmetic background and her goal is to SELL SELL SELL!!!. AVOID at all costs.

I got the skin tint as a present and also the brush cleaner. The skin tint made me look orange and I am afraid to use the brush cleaner as I have seen so many posts of people using it as a stain remover on furniture etc so don’t think I would use it on my face brushes. Overall I would say it’s all cheap tat!!!

Got the everyday eye palette off a friend who had an allergic reaction to it. After a couple of uses I too had an allergic reaction, would not recommend.

The cleaner pump broken so I had to pour the bottle. I wonk be repurchasing. There are so many really good for less than the less than the price. I have found the Lisa and Co to be a very ordinary very plus I always may from a make up artist are the good old Caroline Hirom

Bought Black for Him aftershave, after a person on her page said it was the best smell and from other reviews i saw on her page. I fell for it.
It does not last its smells cheap. Disgusted i spent 60 euro. Could have put towards a more expensive one that actually smells good and lasts.

I have had lots of Lisa’s products, generally pleased with all her stuff.
Very disappointed that shipping to the uk is very expensive and then I have incurred a customs charge.
I order from several Irish companies and don’t have any issues with any of them.
If you are going to ship worldwide please sort the postage out.
Very dissapointing and frustrating!

How Lisa has such a cult following is beyond me. She very simply a great salesperson . There are many products I've never bought as they are over priced. The make up packaging is basic yet she raves about it as if it's up there with Chanel
One of the first products I bought was a pyjamas. Little did I know after spending €60 plus 5 for postage that they were, 100% polyester.
I nearly bought the "wool coat" to discover it was polyester with some wool. I bought the mascara after watching many ads as well as independent reviews.... After wearing it only a couple of hours I had specs of mascara all over my under eye. I tried it several times but was never happy... . I'm disappointed and feel a bit scammed by the few products I bought, and even when quality is acceptable the price doesn't match.

Firstly, absolutely AMAZING customer service👏👏 I have purchased many of Lisa’s products both from her clothing & cosmetics ranges & would highly recommend💝

Ive bought multiple products from LLL over the years.
The original jumpers, (I have multiple colours) were good quality. I still have 2 that i havent worn much.

The striped jumpers, not a fan. I bought both colours and they both became all bally early on and lost their shape.
I have the sunglasses, which are lovely but a nightmare as they are too wide and constantly slide down your nose.
I bought the white saturday night tshirts in v and round neck. They were fab at the start but discoloured and totally lost their shape. For context, ive never put any of these clothes in a dryer. Not worth the money for a tshirt at all.
And lastly, her original puffer (long) coat. I know there was a recall on these but still dont know what the reason was. I can only assume its because they are not at all waterproof.... or resistent for that matter. They are warm-ish, but i have a MK jacket similar and i much prefer it.
Im writing this as a long time follower and supporter of Lisa and think her range way too expensive the quality she is always preaching about is just not there in her products.

I deliberatly didnt review till now as i wanted to properly try all of the items.

The foundation is just ok, gives a bit of a dewey look.
The mascara is awful. Get the slightest bit of liquid on your eye ( ie if you're out in the wind and you blink tears!) and next thing you're face is dripping mascara!!

Bought the cleansing oil. Absolutely beautiful. Exquistite. From the packaging to the product. Very luxourious and smells beautiful..thick and spa like!

Bronzer
I am in my early 60's and I have to say the bronzer I bought and I think I have bought 10 or more at this stage is absolutely amazing. I have given presents of the bronzer to my niece who is 26, my sister in law and a few friends and they all love it and all are different ages. It's a 10 out of 10 from me.

I ordered the wrong size in sports leggings and needed to exchange for a different size, I was in contact with Noel who was very quick at responding and very thorough, I love the leggings they are so comfortable, soft and pull me in🤣 well done 🥰

I had previously purchased 2 products on Lisa's recommendations. Firstly her sun glasses, I loved the style and shape but they were impossible to wear as they constantly slid down my nose (like every few seconds). I also bought the air brush which she raved about. This turned out to be absolutely useless. I decided after that I would no longer nmwaste anymore money on her recommendations. Unfortunately I fell for the hype on the mascara. I have been using sculpted by Aimee's mascara for a long while now and although I love it and had absolutely no issues with it, I thought I try something different. I purchased 'fake it till you make it". It is absolutely not for me. Although it claims to be miracle mascara giving eyelashes to ppl that don't have them. I found it made my eyelashes very sparce, like daddy long legs even though I have naturally quite long and full lashes. It also went on very clumpy despite the fact I took my time applying it. I have definitely learned my lesson this time and will no longer get caught up in the great sales pitch.

I had waited for the navy sunglasses to come back into stock.
Love, love, love them.

I bought the leggings. Length great at 7/8. I’m 5ft 4 so perfect length. And I preferred size I would in all leggings. But I find the band too big at the top. It keeps rolling down it’s so annoying. After paying €75 cos I believe the hype I should have bought a better brand. The roll down is so annoying. Not made for women with a bigger stomach. Fine maybe if you have a flat tummy. So disappointing. Have also bought numerous products in the past and not a huge fan of any of them. She’s a great sales lady but just disappointing products that cost a lot unfortunately
