The light fitting looks good and it was delivered on time
However, it was impossible to get the GU10 bulb to fit in the fitting. It finds the slot but won't turn and there's no grip with the tool supplied. Unfortunately I didn't check the fit until I'd fixed the first one to the wall.
Shame as the unit on the wall looks good but replacing the bulb (even if I could get one to fit) would be impossible.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear of the issue experienced. We do offer a 14-day returns policy and are happy to accept a return when the item is sent back in its original packaging. A member of our team has contacted you directly to see if we can assist further. This spotlight bar is one of our most popular designs. Due to the nature of the fitting, a tool is supplied to assist with removing and inserting the bulbs. We recommend using bulbs with a flat or slightly convex face, such as those purchased, to ensure correct installation. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,
The Litecraft Team.
Quick resolution for faulty seal gasket - excellent service
Ordered a Coast IP44 globe fitting which arrived with a damaged seal gasket. Emailed customer service with photos and they sent out a replacement gasket promptly without any hassle. The new gasket fitted perfectly and the issue was resolved quickly. Really appreciated the straightforward approach - no quibbling, just sorted the problem. Would definitely buy from Litecraft again based on this experience.

Never received the 10% discount off my order, as advertised. I was informed it would be credited back to my card, but it hasn't been. I have 10% vouchers off future purchases, the reason for 2 stars, not 1 star.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the oversight. You are right — while we had confirmed by email that the discount would be honoured, the refund was unfortunately missed once the order was placed. This has now been processed and has been credited back to your card. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
Kind Regards,
The Litecraft Team.
