Fantastic site with great personal service. The Facebook group is fab for discussing ideas and items are shipped within timescales. Any issues are resolved quickly with a message to the site.

I have ordered a couple of times now.

Quality is good, postage and packing great- imcluding the freebies, which are a nice extra! Ask them a question and someone always answers, and very fast too- their customer service is really top notch.

Prices are some of the best I have seen on several items, and although delivery is not next day, the times are stated when ordering, so isn't exactly a surprise.

Would order from here again; great customer service means a lot now!

I've ordered three times from this website. Everytime I've received excellent customer service, my items have been dispatched promptly with a love free gift. I highly recommend Little Booteek to anyone in the UK who likes Goth or Alternative fashion.

Carol and her team are quite simply awesome! They are helpful and kind and the best sort of weird 😜 I have ordered so much from them in the past year and I couldn't be happier! Had an issue with one of the just pay postage freebies that get sent directly from the company they are purchased from that hasn't turned up, but i just messaged the Little Booteek Facebook page to let them know and they will chase it up and try to get them to send me another. I have every faith that if I don't get it a second time, then LB will give me the refund that they have already offered. If in doubt, message the page and they will help. I, for one, will continue to purchase from this 5 star company (as long as my bank account can keep up! 😜)

Absolutely wonderful company, they really can't do enough for you! Even my worst experience is a positive one! I ordered a Killstar skirt in a size small but they had stopped making them, so the lovely team, rather than just refunding my money and leaving me skirtless, sent me a large size stating the small size had discontinued, but the sizing runs very small so the large may end up fitting but they would be happy to accept a return if not - and they were right! I have to adjust it to make it smaller on my thighs, and just a little smaller on the waist, but it fits very comfortably! Most companies definitely would not do that.
I even got a lovely freebie with my order, easily worth £5!
Being on the Facebook group has added to my experience as I feel like I'm part of a little family :) best alternative clothing store I've come across and by far the cheapest!

Great lady's who will sort out any issues and lovely items the wait is worth it and just gotta save up for the shoes . Very fast response to messages if you message through Facebook and keep an eye out for there extra deals on there too xx

Ordered loads of times from here and never had any problems. Customer service is some of the best I've experienced and the freebies with each order are a great little perk!!

Had some lovely items from LB. Mystery packs are great. Only down side is some of the sizes come up small (depending on the manufacturer) but if you ask on their facebook pg b4 purchasing, someone will usualy be able to guide you towards the right size to go for. They have a loverly family feel on the FB page lots of comps, tips and positve vibes, you are made to feel like part of the family and there are plenty of customers pic of their products so you can see what they look like.

Can not fault at all. Great quality and Carol and team are so helpful with sizing ect of products

Little Booteek is my 'go to' shop for everything alternative. No problem is too big for Carol and the team and she really takes care of her customers.

The little freebies are awesome too and I love the reward points scheme.

I also love that there is a size guide with each product which makes it easier to judge what size to go for. :)

Shipping varies for different items but that's because Carol orders some in specially for her customers and all timescales are stated on the product pages.

I just love LB. I've shopped at other stores before but once you go LB, you don't go back!
