I absolutely love this company. I've ordered from them so many times. If ever I have a question they're good at replying. I honestly say 10/10 and I don't actually leave reviews. Lead time is good.

Terrible comms
Very long delivery times, very bad communication, item was bad quality, took a hell of a lot of emails, back and forth and eventually a PayPal dispute to get the refund on my returns. (Which were sent and delivered close to a month ago)
All in all about 2 months from placing the order to getting my (begrudged) refund.

Hi Emma, really sorry about your whole experience. Unfortunately I have been going through a move of premises, which has been incredibly lengthy, especially as I did it all myself. Trying to keep up with orders and everything else the business entails alone was incredibly hard, but unfortunately something I had to do. I cant just stop taking orders unfortunately as I have bills to pay and children to feed.
Your return was unfortunately caught up in the move, but once realised that we did have it back, you were immediately refunded.
Im sorry it took so long to resolve for you and can see from the email exchanges between yourself and Roxy that it was much more long winded than it needed to be.
Roxy only joined us in January and unfortunately was still not quite up to speed when having to take over the queries, so it wasnt as smooth as it should have been.
I hope you accept my apology x
Nightmare before Christmas mystery box
I ordered a nightmare before Christmas mystery box which cost £54.99. This item had a 3-4 week delivery time I ordered it on 30/12/22 and received it on 24/2/23. This order had 5 items: 2 vest top style tops, a thin acrylic wool tunic and a PJ top. These items were all in plastic packaging. The last item was a Jack skellington hoodie. This item was loose in the bag and did not have any exterior packaging. Neck label was cut out. Made from a thin polyester material with a plastic emblem on the front.

Thanks for your review. Im sorry you were unhappy with the mystery items. Mysteries are always a gamble as to whether it fits the persons taste.
All branded items are provided in plastic bags by the brand themselves. We are not involved in the packaging of those.
Our own items made in house, are free from plastic bags.
The Jack Skellington Hoody was a 52% Ringspun cotton, 48% Polyester blend with a high quality DTF print on it.

On the 6th November told they were held up in customs
30th November I'm told will be posted next week
9th December I asked if they had been posted and told they were on their way
4th January 2023 asked for an update. Just given their email address
So I emailed them. Gave them a deadline of 5pm today.
5th January 2023
5pm came and went ... no reply
So filed a claim with PayPal and received my refund.
Left her groups and blocked her on messenger.

Hi Sam,
As you have stated, you ordered a tester item. These are not guaranteed with any specific dispatch date, which we are very clear on when ordering.
As a "tester" you are ordering a concept of a design, an item which has to be totally designed and made from scratch and can take a number of months to complete. Tester items have to be checked, and then put right in manufacture if anything is awry, hence why it can take so long. Again, something we are very clear about.
I will however apologise for the lack of communication. Unfortunately our new admin was not up to scratch and needed more training and support. This has now been rectified.
Your dress was dispatched when we advised back in December. We have since had confirmation from Royal Mail that you did indeed receive this. As such, we would usually ask for payment to be made. But due to your experience, we will not pursue this on this occasion.

Spoke to like I'm stupid when I emailed. I paid for items then change prices. Apparently I have to watch a video on how to order. Yet when I order, checkout I paid what it said. Got a refund but I won't be told I'm wasting admin time

Hi Hayley, we have tried to assist you multiple times on this matter. I myself gave you the instructions to check out, my colleague then directed you to the instruction video to help. You checked out with your order, but did not pay the right amount. We have not changed any price on you at all, but we cannot send out an order when you have only paid £1 for it and not the amount that was agreed in the first instance. We have bills to pay and children to feed and would soon be out of business if we sent out items that are not paid for.
My colleague Karen contacted you after you placed the order to arrange for the balance of this to be paid so that we can get the order out to you, you then decided to cancel as you do not wish to actually pay for it.
Leaving us a negative review is pretty disappointing when all we have done is try to assist you and ask you to actually pay for your goods so that we can dispatch them. Not really a poor service is it when all we want is payment for the order?
