Not good quality
Not good quality. One item also arrived broken. It was packaged well and the box it was in was undamaged, so I can only imagine it was put into the box in that condition.

AVOID!!!!This is cheap stuff from China low quality...trying to return my order for weeks but no customer service,all emails ingnored.Don't buy from them.
After opening the case on paypal i received partial refund /excluding postage/.The case is closed now.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, it's a shame that your experience wasn't positive, Ania.
The item you have purchased is as described and is absolutely definitely not "cheap stuff from China". Whilst we do try to buy as much as we can from the UK, it is inevitable that some items need to be sourced directly or indirectly from overseas. However, we do always maintain the highest standards.
You emailed us on 1/12 and we promptly replied with return details. You then emailed again on 7/12 and we again replied. You then opened a Paypal dispute on 16/12, which we have appended all of our emails into.
There is absolutely no problem with you returning this item, we have sent you full details on three occasions now on how to do this. Return details can also be found at the footer of every page of our website, as normal.
We will await the return.

I placed my order last night
I placed my order last night, and requested to cancel this morning, less than 12 hours of placing the order. I was told I couldn't. I asked for additional product to be added to my order. I was refused. Truly no customer service or care

You contacted us to cancel your order and then subsequently again to change the order, all after it had been mailed.
All of our mailing is up to date and we are sending these in line with the timings shown on our website, as has been the case here. We do this to ensure our customers experience is positive.
As with all businesses, we are unable to change or cancel an order after it has been packed and mailed, for obvious reasons.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these situations where a customer has changed their mind after the items are mailed.
All items can be returned if unsuitable or no longer required.
No idea about customer service
Like many other reviews, I found that this company does not understand customer service. I bought over £60 worth of Easter decorations. I ordered 2 each of 2 separate decorations, as each had 4 designs. Although they said you could not specify which of the 4 designs you received I thought if I ordered 2 I would at least get 2 different designs. But no, in both instances they packed lazily, without any thought or care, and gave me 2 identical designs. When I wrote asking why this had happened, the company replied saying I could return at my own expense, if not happy. That is it. End of. They have no interest in customer satisfaction. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from them.

We're sorry that you have not found shopping with us a positive experience on this occasion.
Although over 99% of our products are packed based on a single design you choose when shopping, we do have a limited range where an item is chosen at random from the designs shown.
We have corresponded with you at length on this and explained that, products that are clearly listed as chosen at random, are chosen at random when they are picked and packed.
This is not an unusual practice when the items are so similar and are items such as Easter tree decorations where we all use a mixture.
We have been confused throughout your correspondence, as you have accepted these are chosen at random but you consider these should not be chosen at random.
We have offered you the opportunity to return these - we wouldn't normally refund return postage cost in these circumstances, as we have supplied goods as per the listing, which have arrived in perfect condition.
I know that your future shopping experiences with us will be more positive and I'm delighted to see from your emails that "Everything else has been great- lovely items, good service etc., thank you."
Avoid this company
Placed an order on the 6th it was to arrive within a few days, a parcel from China which was ordered a few days after this one arrived before this one is even shipped, although it is hard to tell if it ever will be. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. All my emails and queries have been ignored. I even left a comment on a recent facebook post and it was deleted in the space of five minutes but my emails have gone unanswered for days. Despicable service, avoid this company.

Your order was mailed the following working day but was held up due to the issues with the postal service during Covid, these known delays were stated throughout our website.
Every email you sent was promptly replied to, at length, including details of the sorting office the parcel was left at when you were out.
We are glad to see you have now collected your order from the delivery office and were pleased with the items you ordered.
Decorative Easter Eggs
Ordered 4 packs of decorative eggs for an Easter display on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday morning.
First class service and I am so pleased with the product, they are just what I was looking for. Good quality and perfect for my colour scheme and excellent value.

Fantastic helpful company
What a fantastic helpful company! I’d lost an invoice from a purchase over a year ago. I emailed them to see if they could find the order. Not only did they respond immediately(a rare quality!), but they found my invoice and sent me a copy immediately. That’s the customer service we like to see

Order not received
Ordered some small goods before Xmas but never received anything.
When I asked the company what had happened they claimed the Royal Mail had attempted a delivery despite no red card and the reference number they gave is not legit.
The attitude of their team combined with the reviews here show this is common practice.

We did publicise throughout our site that these delays should be expected with Royal Mail deliveries.
The reference number we supplied was valid and we are pleased that this was delivered to you and that you were happy with your goods.

Poor quality items and shocking customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered some wooden mobile arms to create some cot mobiles and to say the quality was shocking is an understatement. The wooden dowel holes were drilled at an angle which meant that when it was hung, the dowels were not horizontal. These were then completely unusable as they weren’t fit for purpose. In addition to this, where the holes were drilled, the wood was splintered and a couple of the dowels were actually broken.
I photographed these issues and got in contact with the company. Cue a frustrating back and forth where they refused to acknowledge the poor quality and said that I must return them in order to get a refund. I decided to do so, labelling each item with a description of the defect and including a note referencing our conversations over email.
I then waited over a month for them to finally email saying that they’d received the items but still couldn’t see anything wrong with them. They then blamed me saying that I’d sent them back in a state where they couldn’t be resold and refused to refund me the cost of the 5 items and instead only refunded 2 of them where they hadn’t been opened. I’m therefore out of pocket for the items and out of pocket for the postage.
Disgusting company - avoid at all costs.

We are sorry we could not reach a satisfactory conclusion for you on this occasion.
During our correspondence we asked for photos of the goods, which showed no problems. You then returned the goods to us, stating that all were imperfect. All were perfect. This is one of our best selling lines, of which we sell 1000s every year. Nonetheless, we refunded an amount we were both happy with.
Our returns policy is 14 days from the customers receipt of the order, but we extended this as a gesture of goodwill as we understood there was a difficulty in you getting to the Post Office.
Thank you for your feedback and we will take on board all your concerns.
Shocking
Late delivery, then items turned up and not as advertised! Seller refused to refund... not even offer a return. Low TrustPilot rating in general, just go somewhere else!
EDIT: Nonsense from the seller below.. no return was ever offered. TrustPilot review left as advised to warn others of abysmal service. Regarding Covid, the delays were caused by late dispatch not Royal Mail. Won't be using this company again...

Your order was slightly delayed during the madness in the Royal Mail postal systems during Covid, we did state this in multiple places on our site before you ordered.
We were unable to fulfil your request of “refund or I’ll leave a TrustPilot review”, although we did offer you the opportunity to return the items.
We are sorry you have not had a positive experience shopping with us on this occasion, we know this will be our normal high standard in the look forward to your custom in the future.
Avoid!
I have been in touch with this company several times regarding my order. I ordered in November and haven’t received it.
They keep responding with a reference number (which is not a tracking number), I have called Royal Mail who admit to losing the parcel.
I appreciate that this is not the fault of this company, however their customer service is appalling. No apology and they’re ignoring emails, the only response I’ve received through PayPal claim is the same reference number.
Royal Mail have asked that this company contact them to raise a claim, something I can’t do. So far this is unresolved with this company seemingly insinuating that I’m lying about not having received this parcel.
Will not be ordering from here again, I have no parcel and am still out of pocket. I will continue to pursue this through PayPal.

Deliveries did take longer than usual given the country wide issues with the postal service, which we all have experienced during Covid and the busy run up to Christmas.
However, we corresponded with you at length regarding the whereabouts of your order and provided you with tracking information, which showed a failed delivery by Royal Mail.
We are able to see the same information as you regarding your parcel and are pleased that you manged to rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you.
