This is the third order I have purchased from this company, they are quick and the hay is excellent quality my bunnies are so fussy but they love the hay excellent quality for the price and my guinea pig love that we alternate between two different types of hay for them

EDIT: They contacted me saying they'd send free hay because previous hay did not arrive. 3 weeks after no response or no hay - this company just takes your money.

EDIT: I have edited my review from 1 star to 4 because the sample pack they have sent with DPD has reached me.

Super quick delivery and great hay. I think it's fantastic that the hay comes in a cardboard box so there's no plastic waste. I ordered the silky soft hay and both rabbits tucked into it which is incredible considering they are both extremely fussy. All 3 types of hay I tried (I also bought the sample selection) had a lovely smell so you know it's been dried correctly. Very reasonably priced compared to what you pay in a pet store.

Great quality hay for a really affordable price! My guys are fussy hay eaters but they are absolutely loving the rye grass hay and the Timothy! And there's plenty of it to last me a while! Delivery was quicker than expected so a bonus there!

Received yellow sub standard quality hay. Doesn't look like any of the photos on the website.
