I bought a balance bike for my granddaughter who lives on the central coast of New South Wales. When the balance bike arrived, what a horror! Hundreds of tiny ants had crawled out of the toy. It's all made in China. I reported it to Little Nation. No apology, no refund. I will never buy from them again.

The product we ordered needed to be returned as it was unsuitable for the space for which it was required. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get information about the returns process - automated emails kept directing me to an ostensible returns information page that said ‘Page not found’. I emailed multiple times and contacted the store through the online chat and just kept getting the same reply. The next step has been to put in a complaint with PayPal about missing customer support. I have never dealt with this company before and I never will again, when there are so many others out there that provide decent service.

Terrible company and bad customer service, dead end promises, only responds to emails with an automated response so you never actually get in touch with them, save yourself do not buy from them!

Ninja Warrior Slackline
Sadly the advertising of the Ninja slack line was very confusing Product Stated 2 50ft slack lines Order stated one piece slack lines and 10 obstacles . Should have read one slack line. Flat rate shipping promoted is not $9.95 as depends where you live. They have not responded to emails .Beware when ordering as to what you are actually receiving. Product was delivered promptly.
No customer service
I've purchased a helmet and bike through this company and had no issues but as soon as you need to return an item the trouble begins. Due to a glitch in the system I was charged twice for an item and sent two items, not a problem, I'll contact customer service! It has been 3 weeks and I've not heard anything. Do not purchase from this company. I'm extremely disappointed and will be going through my bank to claim the money back.
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t ship your order until you email them several times. And even then, they never respond to you. Wish I had never purchased from them. Product is OK but nothing special.
Avoid not worth it
I brought a new balance bike for my sons birthday. Upon assembling the bike one of the nuts was faulty. Trying to contact customer service is very hard. There is no contact number, only an email address so you are at their mercy waiting for a response.
Unfortunately this was my sons only present and I still have not been able to give it to him two weeks on because its not safe for him to ride it, no bike stores have these parts either. I have followed up 3 times to get an aswer and still no reply. They have ruined my sons birthday,
I will never use them again, shit customer service and dont care about there customers. Dont use them, yes they are cheaper than others but its not worth it, ive learnt the hard way.

Don't bother, they're not a legitimate business, some weird drop shipping store front who can't manage standard ecommerce process. Very disappointing considering they sell children's items which people will be buying for birthdays and special events, should be able to get something to you faster than 2 weeks (and counting).

I have been waiting nearly a month for my order with no details! Customer service is terrible and delayed! Let’s hope they refund me because I have not received my order and it clearly has not been sent! Thought it was a reputable business but is not! Order from anywhere but here
Poor quality and even worse customer service
My mum bought my son a bike for his first birthday and the shade broke immediately (poor quality plastic). Customer service replied once saying they won't have parts for 1-2 months, so 'please email again after this time', but then never replied since. Why do I have to email back? Can't they put me on a pre-order list and just dispatch it when it arrives? It's been 6 weeks and there is no update on an ETA for parts since I checked in at the 1 month mark. They just ignore me now - have not received a reply beyond the initial acknowledgement saying 1-2 months. My bike is totally new, minimally used and looks embarrassing. Avoid this company

Horrible customer service. Have not sent the product a week after ordering and have not replied to my three emails asking for assistance.
I would avoid using this company unless…
I would avoid using this company unless you are 100% sure you want the item being ordered. Whilst there was nothing physically wrong with the item ordered it was not the right size for our use do I requested a return and this is where things went wrong. I experienced what I consider to be were delaying tactics to exceed the 30 days within which returns are accepted. I must have asked at least 10 times for the returns address and lost count how many times I provided the same answers to questions about the product and why I wanted to return it. I will never use this company again and advise caution to anyone else.

Don’t buy from this Company! They sent me out a faulty product and wouldn’t respond to my emails when I was trying to resolve the problem. Worst customer service ever. I have taken the matter further. If you are lucky enough to receive the item you will find that the products are cheap and nasty anyway. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They should be shut down.

I placed an order on March 24th and was notified it had been dispatched the following day. However, I only received part of my order, with the remaining items never arriving.
I contacted the company multiple times to resolve the issue and received no response. There has been no update, no timeframe provided, and no offer of a refund for the missing items.
For a business that claims to take pride in packing orders with care and shipping quickly, this experience has been the complete opposite.
The lack of communication and failure to fulfil the order is unacceptable. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter further.
Would not recommend.
Poor stitching on handle of push trike
The stitching was undone on the handle of my daughter’s push trike when product arrived. I’ve tried to email and talk to online support but no reply about this does anyone know how I can contact them? I’m so unhappy as we just paid $170 for the bike 😭

I guess I have been lucky - I ordered the 12ft trampoline on the Sunday and it arrived on the Wednesday evening. All parts were present and correct, including a ladder. We wanted a new trampoline with a safety zipless entry and higher weight rating (it is 150kg). I'm really pleased with it and it was much more reasonably priced than others with those features.
