If possible zero stars. Worst insurance company I've ever had. waiting time for the claim 2 months. Unprofessional service poor comunications. If you have money to lose it this is the best location. I really regret that I didn't check this comany before taking this insurance. Stay away from this company
Well once again I contacted Trinity Claims, once again the response was I expected, here is a copy of your decline document nothing else, these companies are quick enough to insure you, but to help you out getting a good result nothing I did everything by the book I got a plumber, rang them up, answer we can not get any one out due to covid so I got the job done only to be kicked into touch, my thoughts is why, answer in my head faulty grout, if they though that, why not send some one out to assess the problem, this is done without malice, but done to highlite what insurance companies can do to to save them a few shillings.
Shaun and his team came and put us a fence up today. Absolutely brilliant lads and workmanship second to none. Nothing to much trouble for them. They were very quick and very efficient. They took all the rubble away with them and left everything so clean and tidy. They are all very pleasant lads and a pleasure to deal with. They are also very reasonabley priced and the quality is also fantastic for what you pay. Would definitely recommend this company 100%.
It arrived this afternoon and used while it is dry now can only wait until it rains again
Harveys furniture. How bad is it when one of their inspectors comes to check outy a recently purchased sofa that had already began to sag badly and tells me that the fault is due to a substandard grade of foam ? Harveys refused to refund me saying that they had a legal right to repair the item. Asked how long this would take, they said that it could be done in about one hour and at my home! Which is ridiculous. They were suggesting that all the foam in the sofa could be removed and replaced in an hour. Considering every cushion would have to be taken off, unstitched, the foam removed and new foam inserted before being restitched, was plain stupid !.... especially when its being done in my home!
And now the other matching sofa is going the same way !
Even their Customer service waiting time is designed to cost you money with waiting times of up to two hours. And don't bother with their 'Ring Back Service' That can take even longer...And, when they do ring you back, they simply hang up the moment you speak.
Very poor service and inferior products.. Before purchasing any item from these people I suggest you try elsewhere.
