Customer service Faulty Shirt

I have had such an awful experience dealing with the LFC customer support team. On August 1st I ordered the new adidas top as I’m sure a lot of people did, hence why there were delays to the delivery which caused the top not to arrive in time for the final at Wembley against Palace which I would’ve like to have worn it to. It turned up a day or 2 after this game, which after opening it I noticed a chip in the printing on the back, this happened to not just my shirt but also my brothers that he ordered as well. I got in touch with the customer support team at the club and the persons first advice was to “iron it back on”! It’s missing not coming away from the shirt, but even so, having paid the amount on the shirt I had and be told by the customer service team to iron it back on is a bit of a joke. You order something from a shop you expect it to come in good condition, especially at £130! After speaking further with the person they weren’t able to offer any other help and suggested I raised a complaint. This took around a week to hear back from and all I could be told was I can return the shirt and have a refund but then I would have to order the shirt again myself, not only this but they cannot guarantee this chip in the printing doesn’t happen again?! So I have to return the shirt wait for a refund which can take 3-5 working days most likely to then order a shirt myself, another 3 or so working days to receive something that they cannot guarantee doesn’t have the same problem as the original shirt! I have asked 3 different people within these teams how can they prevent it from happening again if I go through this process and not a single person has addressed the question, just simply told me that I have a “free return label” and “order a new one from the site” like they’re doing me a favour by offering this? It would not have been as much of an issue if they had offered me some form of reassurance that this wouldn’t happen again but each person just ignored it although it’s happened to 2/2 people in my family that have ordered the shirt. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had and it’s really disappointing that it’s with the football club I support considering that we are loyal paying customers and this is the type of service we get from people at the club. Clearly the message I’m getting from them is if you have an issue we will do the bare minimum to help, after that sort it out yourself.

Carlsberg dugout experience

Hospitality package at the Carlsberg dugout. Was a fantastic experience, really nice seating, music was great, food delicious.
Unfortunately there was a fake fire alarm which meant we had to evacuate, causing us to miss kickoff and unfortunately 2 goals (VERY ANNOYING CONSIDERING THE PRICE).

I am a Liverpool fan supporter and very happy with Arne's signings .
However , please leave Isac alone. What spoilt man.
I think selling Nunez is totally wrong.
In the preseason games when it appears Liverpool were letting him go he still trained and scored goals for the club.
I have looked at all his goals and most of them were top class. The chap just needs a bit of help which he could get with the brew signings.

Trying to navigate the L F C website is a nightmare.need help and frequently asked questions only add to the confusion.I am SEASON TICKET HOLDER WHO HAS BEEN LET DOWN BADLY IN THE PAST .even thought when renewing my season ticket i ticked all the boxes required for the cup competions,they never registered!!!!. The investigation and time taken resulted in losing the right to purchase cup tickets (one tends to give up when faced with idiotic response) i am trying to update my debit card at the moment without success.

Wonderful Museum Tour

I recently had the pleasure of taking the Liverpool FC Museum Tour, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The exhibits were fascinating and well-curated, offering a deep dive into the rich history and achievements of Liverpool FC.

What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or provide additional information about the exhibits. Their dedication to ensuring a great visitor experience was evident throughout the tour.

Overall, I highly recommend the Liverpool FC Museum Tour to anyone who supports Liverpool. It's an experience not to be missed!

Can't believe I'm just about to moan…

Can't believe I'm just about to moan about my beloved Liverpool FC. But rest assured this is more about the people that are behind the organization of the membership. This isn't related by a house supported Liverpool from 50 years I've been to many games. However as things have changed we have been left behind. £100 membership I think it was all I was sent was a tatty's scarf a few badges and something else. I'm not even really bothered about that. The Ballot system is shambolic the ticket system is shambolic. They talk about history and tickets well if you want me to go back over the years I can't really prove it but I've been there. And to cap it off they have a membership system where it's on auto renewal. Absolutely smacks of money grabbing. Why is it set like that? The membership of this club goes against all the values of the club as far as on concerned what it stands for. Make your own mind up about buying membership but my advice don't bother. Great club disgraceful attitude towards fans via memership. Shows you how much they care by the lack of response which is a zero.

Great day out

Drove from Glasgow to do the Anfield stadium tour with my 8 year old grandson.
Wish we could have given more than 5 stars.
Every member of staff was absolutely brilliant. Welcoming, knowledgeable and displayed the famous Scouse charm and wit.
Stadium is stunning and we even left a Celtic scarf at the 97 memorial, in solidarity with a great club.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Trying to buy membership and register…

Trying to buy membership and register with LFC to buy match day tickets is a joke!
After 150 emails, 2 letters, 40 hours of my time over a
7 week period and all I got was lots of meaningless apologetic platitudes from LFC which resulted in disappointment and frustration.
LFC treat their supporters with contempt and appear to have no idea how their inadequacies have a negative affect on family lives!
It's my two sons I feel sorry for as they love LFC, I however do not.

Liverpool fc

We recently went to the Newcastle game followed by the stadium tour next morning. It was the most amazing 2 days of our lifes. The match was awesome the staff and stewards were great one of them gave my 10 yo son a programme another a pin badge. We got to meet Rafa benitez and Steve mcmanaman signed shirts and took pics with my boy. The tour was just as amazing staff friendly and helpful. Don't get me wrong it cost us quite a bit had to purchase tickets off live tickets.com so were very expensive however we were in row 7 of the main stand. The whole trip was absolutely amazing family memories forever. Thankyou LFC YNWA

I have supported LFC all my life it’s a joke never any look getting tickets never successful in any ballots member local post code my 2 boys are now 14 and 12 and they have been to 1 friendly game so sad there’s loads of seats in hospitality I try and purchase but carnt purchase junior seats there all gone how there loads of seats in the juniors section its a joke LFC need to fix these problems

Poor service

I ordered a Mo Salah back pack for Christmas for my Grandson and it arrived faulty. So I took photos and filled in return info. They asked for lots of info which I duly sent then was told to give a day when the could collect did all that, then nothing so I got in touch and said nothing happened!!! Asked for all the same info in photos etc.... Don't waste your time ordering online. Rubbish company with terrible customer service. If you must buy off them go to an lfc shop where you can inspect the goods. Very poor service!!!

Order not arrived. Have contacted customer service on countless occasions & not received a reply. Never know such a sham of a company. I feel sick with the amount of money i have spent on my goods to not be delivered 2 weeks after ordering with no support from customer service,

Paid out 600€ for two hospitality…

Paid out 600€ for two hospitality tickets in Brodies lounge - terrible food - everything smacks of cheapness. Went for the complimentary drink at HT, son went over to get a tiny soda was told he could not have one without the token. I bought him one at the bar £4.60 - Liverpool FC has been taken over by a money grabbing mafia.

Website is so confusing you have to be a computer pro to navigate .As a member I think I’ve had enough and will not be renewing.Genuine fans have NO chance of purchasing tickets .There are plenty of tickets available to buy for twice the face value on websites such as Livefootball tickets.com etc .Touts sell them openly on social media for hundreds of pounds but the club says no tickets available for you to purchase when you try to buy .The whole process is absolutely ridiculous and the club do not care about genuine fans .

Having navigated this MAZE of a website which is more interested in selling merchandise rather than being an easy to use portal for paid up members, it is impossible to find the option to 'Forward' or 'Transfer' my ticket.
This has been a problem for years and the management are clearly not interested in LISTENING or IMPROVING.
