Purchased the Hybrid Sauna Courtyard 3. Assembly was seamless. They were very responsive before we purchased with the questions I had, and they remained responsive after purchase. I would buy from them again. We have had our sauna up for three weeks now and we love it.

Good communication and superb packing of the sauna for shipping, really impressed us. Very happy with all aspects of the purchase.

Before purchasing, I had a lot of questions about space, power requirements, and delivery. The sales team was incredibly patient and professional. Installation was straightforward with the provided instructions, and customer support followed up after delivery to make sure everything was working properly. Very happy with the overall experience.

We had difficulties. The company was very helpful and courteous, and we eventually got things right. I only gave 3 stars since it was 5 months of working with them to get the sauna working. The communication was excellent and would give that 5 stars.

We love our sauna! But the expected delivery date was a couple weeks later than anticipated which was a little disappointing. Otherwise we are very pleased with it.

I ordered a sauna from *livesaunas* in late November 2024, with the expectation that it would ship within 30-35 days. However, after several months of delays, I was informed in late January 2025 that there had been a problem during production, preventing the sauna from being installed. I was told they would need to make a replacement sauna with no estimate as to when they could do this.

The communication throughout the process was very poor. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received vague and inconsistent updates. At one point, I was told the sauna would ship by mid-January, but that never happened. I had ran electric and made arrangements for installation, so the delays were particularly frustrating.

When I expressed my frustration, the company offered either a full refund or a $300 compensation if I continued to wait. Neither option addressed the inconvenience I had already experienced. At this point I’m not even sure this company is legitimate.

While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of clear communication and the insufficient compensation made this a very disappointing experience. Based on this, I cannot recommend *livesaunas*

I found the sauna heater to be the most complete and instructive company in helping me define the choices in constructing our sauna.

In the past my head uesd to hurt after asuna going, not anymore than

I recently purchased a 4-person hybrid outdoor sauna, and it’s fantastic. The combination of traditional and infrared heating offers great flexibility, and the spacious design easily fits three people, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It’s well-built, heats up quickly, and looks great in our outdoor space. The controls are easy to use, and it’s become a favorite spot for unwinding and boosting our wellness routine. Highly recommended!

My cold plunge came in and is perfect. The craftsmanship of the wood is superior in every way to the sauna I had bought from a very expensive company. This is well made, works perfectly and the only regret is not buying their sauna. If you are timid on the purchase I assure you, you will get more than what you expect w this company. Luckily I was at home and kinda watching the day of delivery. The delivery driver took the sauna off the truck and left it on the side of the road between the parked cars.

Es wird nichß wie im Fitnessstudio, aber ich brauche es auch nicht so heiß, wie manche es mögen.

Jeg fjernede hvert stykke sauna fra hver kasse og flyttede dem individuelt til vores hjemmegymnastik for at samle dem. Dette gjorde det nemt at bære hvert stykke og gav mig også plads til at arbejde med monteringen. Pakningsmaterialet fylder meget, så jeg anbefaler at pakke ud og derefter samle.

It can be a great housewarming gift for your close family and friends.

Nice compact sauna. It is cheap but works and doesn’t take much room.
