Brought a lightweight folding wheel chair when it came the wheels were flat for some reason they didn't supply a pump good going livewell not definitely won't be using these again don't waste your time or money

I can not fault this company. I had forgotten to put in a code for free next day delivery. I sent them an email and they responded quickly and efficiently. Sent the scooter out the very next day. Good old fashioned customer Service.

Looked around online and found Ljvewell.

Bought Scooter and booked delivery.

Unpacked scooter, easy to setup.

I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Excellent customer service. A lovely lady helped us with a couple of teething problems (user error!). She was kind, friendly and patient. The only issue we had was in the delivery. It was a very heavy box with only one driver, if my husband hadn’t been in to help lift it then we wouldn’t have received the item. Certainly no fault of Livewell.

Kind way my enquiry was handled. This is the first time I have purchased a disability scooter for my wife so it was all very new to me but the lady that I spoke to on the telephone explained things to me in an easy to understand way. I was also impressed with the prompt delivery service.

I saw a mobility scooter on their site. I decided to ring them to check that it would be suitable for someone 5ft 8ins with long legs. I clearly stated that I needed space to stretch my legs out somewhat as I have painful rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. If I sit in one position too long it causes pain. I was assured the Drive Envoy8 was ideal for this. It arrived in a very small box which being disabled, I had difficulty unpacking it. Its the smallest scooter I've come across and is definitely not a medium sized scooter. I sat on it knowing full well by looking at it, that it was not suitable for my well stated needs. My legs were cramped up and there was no space to extend them, even with the seat extended(3inches!!). I rang livewell to be told they sold these scooters to people over 6ft!! No you don't. I wascthen told I had to send it back in its original box! I had to cut the box open to get the scooter out. I explained this and they said they would book a collection by a specialist courier who would pack it for me. At a cost of £90 reduced to £50 as a gesture of 'goodwill' . Goodwill would've been selling me a scooter that suited my needs. The specialist courier arrived. He was surly, did not pack the scooter and stuck it haphazardly in the lorry securing it with only one strap. £90?? For that? TUFFNELLS who they also use, cost £60. The scooter left here 2 days ago and I have to wait 14days to get my money back. I don't have the funds to buy another scooter until I get my refund minus collection fees for a scooter I didn't ask for. They have taken zero responsibility. Abysmal way to treat the elderly and disabled. In reply to their response, absolute poppycock. No responsibility taken whatsoever. Drive envoy 8 is NOT suitable for tall long legged people at all. As verified by 3 mobility specialists where I live.

The product that we ordered an ultra lightweight wheelchair, came in no time, we unwrapped it and assembled it in preparation for our sick (60 yr old) mother to return from hospital. Sadly and quite suddenly 2 days later our dear mum passed away leaving us with this brand new and completely unused wheelchair (albeit with no box). The day after my mum had died given how expensive the wheelchair had been we contacted livewell who requested with a rather heartless email title that we send photos, I did this showing the chair brand new and unused. Without even a drop of sympathy they replied with a standard message saying that due the packaging not being present that would not return the item. I wouldn’t have minded even a nominal amount back and for the product to be used, but their heartless and cold messaging makes me sincerely hope this company fails, they are horrid.

I called to comment on a slight issue with the packaging, the customer service rep I spoke to was very friendly and grateful for the feedback and the ideas I shared and could see how the issue I raised was problematic. It is very nice to have someone engage with the customer in so positive a manner.

Great service by Livewell. Original Instafold wheelchair had an electrical fault which was checked and confirmed by 3rd party engineer. Fix was not apparent so a replacement chair was sent to us which so far has been trouble free. Livewell came up trumps when things went wrong so we would highly recommend them

Purchased an Instafold Powered Wheelchair on 03/02/24. Delivered on 06/02/24. Excellent service....ignore the other reviews saying 'Scam' they most certainly are not scammers. DX Delivery were the couriers, also excellent....friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Livewelltoday...thank you...A++
