Mobility scooter ordered 16.30 yesterday, delivered by 10.30 next day.
Very easy process to order over the phone with a knowledgeable and friendly operator. Brilliant price.
Very easy to Assemble, seems a decent scooter, but time will tell as it going all over the world in the hold of airplanes so will get some heavy abuse.

this company have left my mum without her scooter since 24th November.
They're ignoring me.
Absolutely disgusting.
My mum is elderly, ill and vulnerable.
I'm taking this further.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

And trying to get this review removed.
Strange how they can spend time trying to get this removed but can't reply to me re my ill mum's scooter isn't it.
Absolutely appalling.

I will remove this review IF they see fit to sort this issue out today.
It is nearly Christmas.
Leaving me little time to buy a part myself.
If they don't act today as requested, this review stays up and I'll be taking action.

Bought a jaunt mobility scooter from Livewell, this was shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition, this is a great little scooter and was easy to assemble, Very pleased with the purchase and the service offered by Livewell, the process was easy from start to finish with helpful knowledgeable staff, with reasonable prices this was a very friendly experience.
The scooter is easy to use and with few controls this was just what was needed for a new user with no experience.
I do highly recommend both the machine and the company thank you.

I found this company very easy to deal with. The price was very competitive including delivery. Like all shops they choose the delivery company which was in my case DX who were on time courteous and brought the item into the house. So my experience was a quality one from placing the order to the mobility scooter arriving. If you are severely disabled I would recommend you have someone to assemble the item as parts can be heavy. I was able to unpack mine and had it up and running within 30 mins. Once you place the order on line they will text you to ask what qualifies you for VAT relief so no forms to fill in.

In my opinion, Livewell is one of the few reputable companies in the mobility trade.

Great customer service!! Bought the Black Sport Self Propel wheelchair for my mother. Had to return it as the NHS have issued her with one after I bought it. Called the company to explain, lovely service. Accepted my return as the box was unopened. Really appreciate how easily and quickly this was dealt with. Thanks Karen.

I bought a mobility wheelchair from Livewell via their eBay site, the service was first rate, delivery was next day. Recently my chair gained a fault so contacted them via eBay and got a fast reply and answer, they are sending out the part for me to fit but if I need to I can request someone to call round to my home and fit the part. You really can't get better than that. Even when you call, the staff are so helpful and understanding and will go to any length to help you. You can buy from this company with confidence, knowing that you get a two year warranty. In this day and age, it is so nice to know this company is the best.

I ordered a power wheelchair for my friends Mother from Livewell as she is having mobility issues and had recently had a set of mini strokes this company made this experience of purchasing a wheelchair on line positive from placing the order through to delivery of the chair and even the assembly and advice a first class service if I need to place an order again I will be confident in a first class professional service and a life changing product

Had to wait longer for my delivery as the package didn't arrive at the depot when expected, I haven't been able to use it yet as it's heavier than I realized and cannot lift it into my car (high boot) but once a car is sorted I'll be out and about .
