I bought a wardrobe in April 2020 for 719€. At first they told me there was just a delay. After some months I cancelled the wardrobe because it was taking too long. They told me I would get my money back but when this didn't happened I asked again. That was in December 2020. Since then they haven't answered any of my messages. They don't even react to the lawyer I hired.
It seems you have to go to court to get your money back. Never again!!!
