These guys are great
These guys are great, and didn’t even know they were local to me in Paignton.
Mike (the German guy) was super helpful in the shop and explained everything I needed, very knowledgable.
Even better was the whole kit only costed me £300 (I was expecting £1000 upwards).
Now I have a super warm floor in my kitchen and touch wood, it doesn’t seem to cost a lot to run.
Cannot thank these guys enough. More than impressed, best company I’ve ever dealt with.
Right down to them going that extra mile to delivery to me personally as I was in Torquay.
The delivery guy was polite and knew his stuff, which was also amazing, for any questions I had.
Only wish I had found them earlier :(
What an amazing team, thank you so much.

Still not received our order
Still not received our order. Said they had tried to deliver when they hadn't. Was supposed to be delivered Saturday waited in all day and no one came.

Good Afternoon Donna,
Thank you for your order and can appreciate your frustrations with this delivery.
As mentioned over the phone to you today, there is a combination of factors that has caused this delay, namely changing delivery address and nobody being available at the delivery address on 1st attempt.
However, the main factor being that the depot local to you is struggling we a back log of packages due to shortage of drivers.
As we discussed on the phone, i have a had a lengthy call with the courier today and explained the situation. They have changed the delivery to a pre 10.30am for tomorrow, so as promised, it will be the 1st thing i check when i come in at 8am to see this has been hopefully actioned.
As i know you are desperate for the UFH, if the courier lets us down again, i will look at other ways to get this order to you as quickly as i can.
Thank you for listening, your understanding and kindness on the phone earlier. Let me assure you are doing everything we can within our control to get this sorted.

£400 pound order got lost by dx…
£400 pound order got lost by dx couriers and living heat refused to accept responsibility seen as though it was their choice to send by dx you’d expect at least and apology. They refused to refund my order and made me wait over a week for my money back which put my job 2 weeks behind from original order date. Seems once the product has left their building they don’t care and refuse to resend or refund. The manager is rude and completely none customer focused! Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else like I did when I finally got my refund.

As with most situations, there are always two sides to the story.
The issue with your order was not that it was lost, but that our courier’s Manchester depot experienced unexpected driver shortages — something we were only informed of two days after your order was received.
This was clearly explained to you on the phone, and I even forwarded the courier’s email confirmation to you at the time.
Throughout our communication, we understood and acknowledged your frustration — this delay affected a number of customers in the Manchester area, and we were transparent about that.
As soon as we became aware of the problem, we immediately processed a full refund so you could source the product locally.
However, what your review does not reflect is the nature of your behaviour during our conversations. Despite our efforts to assist and be transparent, we were met with aggression and inappropriate comments.
You have failed to add in your review the personal threat to myself on your next visit to Torquay, which took me by surprise. Your aggression, is not something i have ever had to experience in the 12 years with the company, on effectively a 2 day delay out of our control.
Even under those circumstances, we remained professional, responded promptly, and resolved your issue as quickly as possible.
We always aim to provide honest communication and fair service, and we’re sorry that this situation has been misrepresented here.
I wish your review was more honest on how this situation went, and your workmanship is of better quality than your honesty.

Disastrous delivery!
Paid for next-day delivery, but it did not materialise - it took two days, meaning a delay in installation and workers sitting around for six hours! Not directly your fault, I know, but YOUR company chooses the courier service, which makes it your responsibility!

Thanks for your feedback and for being honest with us.
We completely understand your frustration. When materials arrive late it can throw a whole project off, and that is the last thing we want for our customers.
In this case the courier misrouted your order, which unfortunately caused the delay.
While it was a next day priority service and the vast majority of orders arrive on time, no courier can ever be 100% guaranteed. Though we know that is little comfort when you have got a team waiting to get started.
We really appreciate you pointing this out and we will keep pushing our delivery partners to be as reliable as possible. Hopefully next time everything runs on schedule.

As a company you obviously realised the volume of orders you received over the bank holiday but didn’t adjust the delivery company’s volume you just loaded them to a point were they couldn’t cope and every company suffered, the drivers logistics sheet was completely wrong, he was 30 second from address though he never delivered over 2 days.

Hi Phil,
Thank you for your order and truly appreciate your frustrations on the delivery side.
We rely heavily on the couriers to deliver on time (next day), with the majority of our customers being tradesmen, we understand time is money.
Looking at the tracking, i can see we shipped out your heat mat on Tuesday 6/5/25 and all being well should have been delivered the following day Wednesday 7/5/25.
The tracking states that the depot close to you were encountering issues, which as you rightly state could be volumes going through the network possibly. I have asked for further information on this.
Regrettably, we have no way of knowing what depots are struggling and we also wasn't made aware of this issue with is also frustrating, as we never want to inconvenience any of customers. Given the chance, we would have pressed for further information or sent a replacement order out if that was a better solution.
On this occasion the courier has let us down. The bank holiday break has certainly not helped, which meant your order was not delivered until early today (14/5/25) which i agree is too long to wait.
I would wish to discuss this problem with you. Unfortunately we have a mobile number with 14 digits on your order summary. I did try call the number excluding the last 3 digits this morning, but received no answer. Not sure if that is a valid number anyway.
