Found me a financial advisor who I felt listened to what I needed and came up with some suggestions, Unfortunately after our initial meeting he did not get back in touch with me regarding the investments he was looking into for me

Polite and helpful and informative

Representative called me at work. I asked to be called back later when I was at home an I was duly called back right on time by Joe. Joe was really helpful. He told me that he was not a financial adviser and his role was to put me in touch with one, which he did. An appointment was made at a time of my choosing so overall the first experience couldnt really have been better.

I was looking for local help. The result was not what I would class as local! (Within a 10 mile radius perhaps).

Not quite right
