Pessimo il Call Center, eccellente il Servizio Operativo

Non posso inserire il punteggio massimo per lo squallido servizio del Call Center. Il servizio operativo, al contrario, nella persona del Responsabile Commerciale Francesco Vizzini e del tecnico inviato, funziona in modo eccellente e tempestivo. Peccato che il Call Center non sia in grado di interpretare le urgenze e quindi di gestirle con le giuste priorità, ma le destina solo dopo che il cliente usa toni "alti".
L'app permette una protezione mirata e permette l'inserimento di ulteriori avvisi nel momento in cui l'auto si allontana dalle zone inserite come "protette".

Terrible service and customer service

The initial subscription from the dealership worked fine. We renewed when the subscription ended and that’s when the issues began. The subscription lapsed for less than a month, with the last location showing a correct last location. Upon updating, the app showed a renewed subscription and updated our location to a place we’d been when we had no active subscription. And then froze. Would not pick up any current locations. I reached out to LoJack. No response. I called. The rep stated that our subscription showed as expired, that our vehicle wouldn’t respond to the communication sent, and that they had no record of our renewal order. I provided, via email, our order and confirmation numbers. Still couldn’t find our order. He said to give them a few days and we’d hear back. We did not hear back so I reached back out. The rep I received refused to discuss our account with me because she could only see my partner’s name. I explained that she was the first communication issue I’d had with the company citing this reasoning. I requested a supervisor. I got the rudest person on the phone from the very beginning. Complete lack of customer service from her greeting on, who was absolutely on a power trip, while her dogs barked incessantly in the background. I had to hang up on her because of her attitude. We’re just canceling the service because LoJack seems to have some issues we don’t want to deal with. To take a customer’s money but fail to provide a service, or customer service, is unacceptable.

UPDATE 10/31 ....



UPDATE 10/31 ..... the New vehicle was delivered to me without the Lojack being operational back in September, I didn't know until after the delivery to Virginia. They charged $1500 for this theft protection that doesn't even work, that I said repeatedly that i didn't need or want, to no avail. Lojack came to my house and they put a new device in about 10 days ago, and I still haven't received the information to set up an account.

Emailed Lojack today, they want to come out again and put ANOTHER device in my truck. If you can purchase a vehicle from a dealership without Lojack, I'd highly recommend staying away from Lojack or a dealership that pushes it on their customers. I asked the sales representative and the dealership repeatedly after I received the vehicle to refund my $1500 and forget about the Lojack to no avail. And here we are going into November and it's still not resolved .... I have a worthless $1500 theft deterrent mechanism.

### Just read another comment how the dealership didn't push the Lojack on them, crazy isn't it !!!

Waste of money

Purchased a car and ever since the purchase of the vehicle Lojack has never worked. Reached out to customer service and they've been unable to resolve my issue. Haven't followed up with me for at least three weeks. I have sent emails but no response. Save your money. Not worth it. Sucks , customer service doesnt fix anything or even responds. Way too expensive for this to happen

Terrible customer service! They do not answer the phone. I have been on hold for 1 hour!!! Don’t buy this service from a car dealer. They charge you interest on your loan.

Useless

We got LoJack installed on our new car in May 2024, based on its legendary reputation with law enforcement. There were no issues until we needed to change dealerships late in 2024. After being unable to find where to make that change, LoJack told me that I couldn’t. It had to remain tied to the original dealership! Ridiculous! Anyway. It is what it is. So today I checked the app to make sure it knew where the car was. It said it was 20 miles away. I called LoJack. They told me that it had a “power issue” five months ago and had not reported in since! I asked how that was possible. The rep told me that the car battery might have been disconnected. But how could that be? It is supposed to have its own independent power source! And even if true, surely LoJack’s servers would have detected the lack of check-in, if not within hours, then at least some time in the past five months? I assume that the “power issue” was when the car had its first scheduled service after one year. I conclude that LoJack is a complete waste of money. It doesn’t work. It is defeated by a criminal removing the battery. Wonderful.

LoJack failure

I like the concept of tracking my vehicle its great when it works properly.
It freezes constantly making the feature useless! Can’t rely on the system.

Extremely Disappointed With Lojack

I renewed my LoJack product when I purchased my vehicle, expecting reliable service and peace of mind. Instead, the app showed my vehicle miles away from where it actually was—nowhere near my driveway.

I have tried everything to get this resolved. I’ve called LoJack four different times, sent multiple emails, and even attempted to use the online chat. To date, I have received zero resolution and essentially no response from anyone at the company.

This is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to provide security. The lack of customer support and accountability is astounding. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I strongly caution anyone considering LoJack—based on my experience, you will not get the reliability, service, or support that you are paying for.

I will never pay $1400 in theft protection at a dealership again!

Lo jack set some random timeline on my vehicle and stopped tracking my car at random. They promise one year of tracking. I don’t have any emails or text letting me know my theft protection was going to expire early. It’s a complete joke of an app with random “policies” and reasons why they can’t or won’t locate your car! Don’t pay for it! Will save you thousands of dollars to decline the theft protection and just throw an airtag on it. Call it a day. Beyond frustrated with my 2018 “lost” car. :://

Not worth the money, no customer service & glitchy app

Was just holding 45 minutes to get the app fixed (again) and finally hung up. Worthless. I have 2 cars on this & 1 has been off the app due to a glitch for a month. Last time I reached customer service they had tech issues and couldn't re-add it - said call back Friday. There's no way to leave a # so they can call me back.

Horrible

Horrible. Account access inconsistent. Sold a vehicle and cannot get through to customer service to delete. On hold with Lojack multiple times with no answer.

Cannot delete. I am getting updates on a vehicle no longer owned.

NOTHING SECURE ABOUT LOJACK.

Got LoJack when I bought my 2025…

Got LoJack when I bought my 2025 Honda.. after 3 months it stopped working. LoJack. Had me take it to the dealership they replaced it the next day it tracked three out of five locations. When I called lo-Jack again they said the signal is weak, but the signal was fine for the last three months so why is it weak now? Waste of money!!!

Dealers force you to install this unnecessary optional thing to your car that already comes with gps tracking. And finally it even stopped working after a few months, so without visiting a dealer (which is impossible in my case) it ends being a huge waste on money
