AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I purchased a bangle from them and reading through their guarantee policy which clearly says they have lifetime guarantee for any deficit. I literally wore the bangle 9 times in total and it snapped from the middle and after lots of discussion they decided to fix it but they after a month I received it back and the end of the bangle snapped the first time wearing it. And now I message them and they are ignoring all my messages and GOING AGAINST THEIR POLICY. SO I AM OPENING A DISPUTE through my bank. They are doing something completely illegal here. So take my advice and shop from elsewhere. They started to blame the bangle being too tight which absolutely not the case. Worst company I had to deal with. THEY ARE FAKE AND FRAUD. THEIR PEODUCT IS ALSO FAKE AND LOOKS CHEAP

London diamond online are fraud they put items or products on there website and knowing that the iteam is out of stock and they still take your money and allow you to place your order and it will not be delivered on time they told you,and when you contact them they will tell you the iteam is out of stock and it will be back in stock in few days and they will deliver it to you straight away which is not true they are fraud and money grabbing company who will take your money and while they know the iteam is out of stock which is wrong.And my girlfriend ordered the same iteam again for me and the same thing they told me that’s what they told my girlfriend the iteam is out of stock and it will be back in stock in few days time and they will send it to her straight away and she still didn’t get the iteam and she didn’t hear back from them still about the order she made with London diamond online.
