Money taken for some Stihl parts on 24 April.
Now 10 May and not yet received despite promises. They did manage to send me another persons order which they still have to arrange collection for !!!

a month to fix nail gun without looking at it
bad servising. they said it will take 4 weeks to fix my 2nd fix nail gun.. 4 week... maybe because my warranty is due in 4 weeks time... now i have to buy another one just because they cant give a replacement even if they are fixing my nail gun 4 WEEKS.
and they said 4 weeks even without looking at it.. they are sure that even if its not major they are goint to be fixing it for 8% of a year time.. it means with their service you can loose 8% of your income. NICE

Good service and great prices with fast delivery too
Ordinarily the item purchased would be assembled and tested by the supplier before collection only. However I didn't want to travel to the showroom so phoned LPT to see if they would deliver it. I am pleased to say that they were happy to, however it was delivered boxed requiring assembly. Whilst this wasn't a problem (assembly instructions were clear) it would have been preferable if this was explained at the time the order was placed. Price was good and delivery was quick, albeit no delivery updates which would have been nice. Overall an easy, quick transaction. I'd use LPT again based on overall price, service and speed of delivery.

CHEAP PRICE BAD SERVICE
ordered on line phone 5 days later told it was out of stock payment through pay pal was not told to was out of stock when ordering told it would be delivered start of week 21st phoned to find out were it was then told it would be delivered wednesday then told thursday but I had to take 1 days holiday to be in to receive it .Phone thursday morning to be told it had been sent to Birmingham hub will hopefully get it friday at work address .Lost a days holiday so cheap price not worked out. Will not use again if you are thinking of ordering think again

We do take on board all comments however we did advise you the item was out of stock and we did dispatch in time to deliver on the day you had took of work, as you were aware the reason it was not delivered was due to a mistake by our courier and we spent several hours trying to get their mistake rectified. we have sent you an email.
