Excellent customer service for at least a year, very straightforward reordering, and no annoying texts to buy more, more, more. I would appreciate a slightly lower price comparable to other newer companies, but I do really look forward to the bank holiday discounts. Great company.

Excellent service. I've been a LSC customer for 9 months now and their systems and approach to customer service are exactly what you want in a busy world. The system keeps me updated on my order and the approval process, deliveries are always timely, well packaged and any time I have needed help, Ayesha in the customer team has been prompt and super-helpful.

I used LSC to order my monjaro for many months without issue. My most recent order placed 21/5/25 has still not arrived by 10/6/25! It took many days of me chasing via email to even get a response from customer services, I rang the number countless times with no answer. A replacement order was supposed to be sent out for me on the 6th for delivery on the 7th. 3 days go by and I have no communication…again off my own back I chase this to be told the delivery driver “forgot some parcels”?!?!
These products are not cheap, this order is worth £198! I have not been offered a refund, even partially for all the trouble that has been caused, nor a discount for any future orders. I am so disappointed and angry. I want my order and some kind of compensation for all the time I’ve put into chasing this!

Amazing customer service

When the company's delivery partner was facing operational difficulties due to the Crowdstrike outage, the company was really excellent at resolving the issue, sending a replacement out at no additional charge and were generally very professional and good to deal with. Well done. A really good customer experience.

Ordered Saxenda 2 years ago. Was satisfied with the service. The standards obviously went downhill. Ordered Wegovy recently. They released the order to pharmacy on the wrong day than required and in addition posted to the wrong address. They recalled the parcel and sent a new one again to the same wrong address! They posted twice to my old address. Not to the new shipping address which I provided correctly as I checked if I placed the order correctly. I did. Finally asked for a full refund as I can't be bothered anymore to deal with this nonsense. No wonder the weight loss meds are so hard to get as they keep shipping them to the wrong places and in a result needs to destroy returns due to regulations.
